凱恩達勒酒店及休閑俱樂部(Cairndale Hotel)

I chose to stay at the Cairndale Hotel because of its location, namely close to the railway station and the town centre; the standard of accommodation and food; and the cost. I was not disappointed. From my initial telephone conversation with the reception team through to my departure, the team members that I encountered were extremely efficient and effective especially Sandra, Samantha, Douglas, Anthony and Simon. All of these individuals exceeded my expectations. The leisure centre within the hotel was being upgraded during my stay and I did experience some minor disruption. I will definitely make a return visit.

I want to just say I stayed at your hotel and will most certainly be back. I was welcomed by friendly professional staff and instantly felt relaxed and very much taken care of. Our room was lovely and clean. Anthony was fabulous at serving he was so polite and friendly. I would like to thank Sarah for her warm welcome, recommendations for local area, nothing was too much trouble. I am looking forward to returning and using the new spa. Hayley x

Another fabulous stay at the Cairndale, just love the who experience. The staff are excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean, nice bathroom with beautifulwhite towels, plenty hot water.. Definitely a 5 star from me. The only place I would stay in Dumfries.

Went to the Cairndale with friends to celebrate their Golden Wedding. We were impressed with the Hotel. Room was bright and spotless clean and the bed was very comfy. Great shower as well. We had Dinner on the Saturday with a Michael Buble tribute. The food was great and the tribute act was great. Fantastic entertainer. (Adam Parker Brown). Great breakfast that we stayed on for lunch which was also excellent. Hotel was also lovely and clean and all the staff were very nice. We will look forward to visiting again when the new Spa is opened for a relaxing weekeng. Thanks again for a great Weekend...

Lovely hotel, looked to be recently upgraded so room was of a high standard. Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as special as it could be. They took time to find out why we were visiting and remembered that. I would particularly mention Douglas on reception and Hardip in the restaurant for high service. We had dinner and found the menu an excellent standard, reasonably priced, good choice of dishes, and food very well presented. We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel in a great location, just 5 minutes walk from the town. Plenty of private parking available. Staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Afternoon tea was the best we had seen and Hardip (assistant manager) couldn’t have been more attentive. Nothing was too much bother. Room was decent and clean with all facilities included. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and again Hardip, who was serving the hot food, was so helpful, and kept checking if we wanted any more. Looks like the spa will be top class when finished and we will definitely return once it’s open.

A beautiful hotel and very comfy rooms. The food was great. I will be back with the wife once the spa is finished and open. An easy drive into town and close to the town centre. The staff were very friendly. There is a little bit of decorating going on but it didn’t mess up the stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights, staff were attentive and very accommodating. Nothing was a problem. Room was decent and fresh. Bed was comfy and bathroom facilities were fine. I don’t have any negative comments on this stay and would be willing to come back and stay. THANK YOU 👏

A group of 5 of us came down to the Cairndale for a weekend to do Crichton parkrun on the Saturday morning. All the staff were very welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. Hardip gave us toast and tea/coffee before we left and a cooked breakfast when we came back which we really appreciated. Entertainment - the Swing Kings - on the Saturday night was brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. You should be very proud of ALL your staff who went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we will return when the Spa is up and running.
