We spent 2 days in the hotel for Birthday and soon to be mum. The hotel is nice and clean. The room is big (bit outdated though) and clean, with all amenities and very accessible. (No sound on tv) The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and various. Dinner was fine. Only thing is that reception never told us that we should book a table at the main restaurant, and it was fully booked so we ended up having dinner at the bar downstairs. It was fine and it is pubs food, not what we wanted. The Spa is very nice, I had a massage, it was amazing, haven't felt like this for a long time. Overall, we had a nice stay, but better to come on weekdays. It gets really packed on weekends.

Was all going gd until we arrived at the restaurant the receptionist booked us into for our evening meal. On arrival staff could not find the booking! We were told to wait over in the corner while they seated other guests ! The staff told us we had no booking so marched us out of the restaurant and up stairs to another area to eat it was v busy and service quite slow. Payment for the meal had to be made there & then as receptionist had not added my card to our room!! We spoke to the receptionist that evening she apologised & said she’d speak to staff who checked us in. Nxt morning on check out no mention of lost booking so when they said was everything ok I said except for the non booking of table last night. Oh yes I saw that on your notes !!! Just an apology.

We ate in the bar on our first night, very tasty. The spa was probably the highlight of the trip

We stayed here for one night over bank holiday with the sunshine and made it even better!

Fabulous hotel with amazing facilities. Would highly recommend this hotel

Dit hotel heeft grote schone kamer goede tv en heeft bad en een douche, belangrijkste vind ik rust in dit hotel omheen helemaal vrij perfect voor nachtrust ontbijt buffet is goed heeft ook Spa en gym lokaal, alleen wat ik minder vind voor spa zijn de tijden heel beperkt van 9:00 tot 19:00 uur had ruimer gekund vind ik parkeren is gratis

Poor value for money - Nice reception and bar area but rooms are a bit dated and could do with some TLC considering the price for one night stay - Awful lack of plug sockets in rooms - Staff at reception on check out not overly friendly - 25 Euro extra per person to use the pool - Breakfast also extra on top of an expensive room only rate

Receptionist not very welcoming and had to replace my key cause the lock would not work and told me it was my fault for having the key near my phone ! Even though it was the lock was damaged on the room . I choose to stay there to use the pool and sauna after working to discover there a €40 charge and you have to book in advance to use “terminal spa” did see this on booking . Over all hotel room was nice and breakfast choice was good but spa charge was excessive to use a pool and sauna .

Very poor, staff made no effort, generally run down, claimed fine dining restaurant was anything but. Spa was not impressive and staff inattentive - playing on their phones. Glad we only stayed one night.
