Great location! Hot tub was excellent. Room was more than adequate & very clean!

I waited at the front desk for 30 minutes before someone finally came out to check me in. There is no restaurant and there is no bar, it’s used as a storage room. The hot tub was not working. The front door was broken. And after being in my room for 30 minutes, another couple just came walking in because they double booked the room.

Disappointing stay I had a very disappointing experience at this Holiday Inn. First, my reservation was canceled without my knowledge. They claimed they called me, but I never received a call. They also said they were trying to get my deposit—something I’ve never encountered at any other hotel, as I’ve always paid at check-in. This was extremely inconvenient, especially since I was traveling from out of town and suddenly had nowhere to stay. After some back and forth, the front desk found me a King Executive Suite, but I ended up paying much more than I had originally planned. To make matters worse, my room was not properly cleaned—it was just a surface-level cover-up. I found a dead roach in the bathroom, which was clearly visible, meaning no one even attempted to clean it. There was also trash on the floor in the room. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but I could never get an answer. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

Decent but could be better I requested early check in to get some rest prior to my event and the earliest they could get me in was 2:30. Room was fair, bathroom still had hair everywhere and the water in the sink never got hot.

They broke into my car and took around 6K in jewelry, cash and firearm according to staff that happened often
