高尼達尼丁公寓

This is the REALLY BAD experience hotel we stay in DUNEDIN！ We're couple + 76's father to choose 3ppl room, when we checked in and saw the SINGLE BED just a thin matress（like the picture）, and we call to customer service about the mattress issue, we get the ansroom room the s夫as already fully book, and we don't have any good single bed to change, its becoz you book the cheap hotel, and our hotel is cheap, then what you get the cheap experience, you can leaves the omerh what you get the cheap experience, you can leaves the omerd or review, custd the reviews, reviews, review, reviews' review, review. attitude!!!! If the hotel can't fit 3ppl to stay in the room, Why should let customer to choose 3pax room？ End up we sleeping on the floor without any matteress during winter time！ 絕對不推薦入住這間飯店！ 3人入住的飯店，卻給一張單薄的床褥讓76歲老人家睡嗎？如果飯店沒有額外的單人床，為何還要顯示能夠3人入住？這不是坑人嗎？大冬天的，房間的暖氣也不夠溫暖，我們還要和別的房間借被子，鋪在地上睡覺，打電話給客服，給的答案也是很無腦，“我們無法給你一間單人間，因為今天晚上的房間都訂滿了，因為你訂的酒店是最便宜的，然而我們的酒店就是這麼便宜，當然你得到這麼差勁的體驗，我們也不介意你給我們差評”，最後只能讓老人家睡床，年輕人打地舖，住了那麼多酒店，從來沒有一間酒店這麼差勁👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

房間真的很漂亮，性價比也很高。甚至還贈送一杯飲料。抵達時房間很溫馨舒適。我一開始不太明白自助入住是怎麼回事，因為我不知道房間就在停車場旁邊，停車場有寫著房間名稱和白板的地方。入住和退房都很方便快速。我還會再來住的。

我需要預訂兩個房間。 預訂了一間房間後，第二間房間就沒有了。 當我試圖取消第一個房間（因為一個房間對我來說不好）時，我被告知我無法取消。 如果我沒有退款，我將不會再與 Trip.com 或這些公寓開展業務。
