It’s was an enjoyable experience, every where was neat and cordial. Nice ambiance, staffs where exceptional especially the staff Anya she was amazing,a life saver and friendly. But I wasn’t satisfied with the buffet breakfast service.

It was clean, easy parking and receptionist customer service was very good. The waitress, Grace, was very selective in the way she treated my sister and I compared to others that came in after us. eg we asked for milk and was told to go to the buffet area. She later placed milk at a table of people who came after us. She was friendlier to a select group of people and an unprofessional attiude towards us. It was our first visit and was uncall for as she did not know us. We would have tipped her more if her attitude was different. We tip her co-worker separately and also the cook that made our omelettes.

The hotel was great only exception is the pain in the a$$ entrance gate. It does not make sense and it took me like 3 or 4 tickets to finally understand how to get it to lift to allow my car to drive thru. Then on the way out if you do not have your room key ( in other words youve checked out) You have to ring the front desk to get them to lift it so you can exit. So they really need to simplify that entrance exit gate. Other than that the place is great !

Overall, this was a great stay. I truly appreciate the kindness from the staff, they may check in very easy, especially after my horrendous experience at the airport. My only “negative“ experience is the cost of Wi-Fi. I believe that should be free. I mean, come on Marriott, inflation is real outside.

The room we were assigned was on the first floor, and was located in the old wing of the hotel. When we settled in, I noticed stool streaks in the toilet. However I didn’t bother complaining about it because I never expected much from a 3-star hotel to begin with. When we tried to shower, we noticed there was no functional vent in the bathroom, so after running the shower for a few seconds the entire tiny bathroom was filled with steam. Later in the night we realized that the rooms were also not insulated well, because we could hear everything that happened in the rooms next to us and in the hallway. We also noticed a loud regular mechanical noise that persisted all night and became more frequent in the morning. Apparently this was the elevator right across from our room. We barley slept and because of all the noise and were very tempted to leave despite already paying. I can say I will probably never stay at this hotel again. It was truly terrible.

We checked in late so we weren't there a long time. There was a women's convention going on that I wished I had known about, it seemed very interesting. Everything was very nice though and the staff were wonderful. Only complaints were the street was a bit confusing on the gps due to the street name listed being different and the pillows were very flat which were uncomfortable, but I made due because the mattress was very comfortable. I will def stay again though. Thank you!

It was a good choice to stay here since it was only for one night. Had dinner at the Twisted Oak restaurant and that was good. I also had time to hit the gym and it was very nice. I loved the Stairmaster. I was just a little disappointed that the shower gel was empty and that the keurig did not work. I was really looking forward to that cup of coffee since we had to be up @4:30am to get to Northside Hospital on time.

The receptionist staff was nice. I received the room I booked online. Room, bathroom, and beds(comfy) were clean.The bar area was nice I didn’t use but passing through other guests was having a good time. The only issue I had was with my room key getting me on/off the property which is no biggie because I understand it’s a machine so there is bond to be an issue. I will book again my next visit to Atlanta.

Reservation was for a king room. Given an “upgraded” card and a room below Libby with two double beds and the smallest hotel bathroom I’ve ever had. Called front desk, told someone would get back to us. Never did. After an hour we gave up and went to dinner. Lots of great properties in this area. We’ll try anyone next time.

I stay at this hotel before and it was a good experience. But this time, not so good. Stay away from room 314. Toliet was clogged and shower was no hot water. Maintenance fixed toliet. Im not giving a bad review, but my stay is just ok.

A nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay only had trouble getting in my room. I didn’t get in my room till after 1 o’clock in the morning because the keypad did not work on the key that they assigned to me so I had to wait till room come available and I got in my room about 1 o’clock or 2 o’clock in the morning. The staff was kind and patient and they also looked at the my every need

The property can be updated more for the price that it goes for . Some rooms were looking very cheap and poorly put together . I could take the bathroom mirror off the wall . And wood on the floors were lifted . Stains on the sheets . It was giving motel 6.
