客室は標準レベル。簡易キッチンには皿、包丁はあるが、オーブン、コンロ（stove）はないので、実施的な調理は無理。 ハウスキーピングが５日に１回であるのに、*********にはその表示がなく戸惑った。フロントに確認すると、リクエストがあれば毎日のハウスキーピングを行うとのこと。お願いしたが、タオルは交換しないし、掃除はしない。また利用することはないと思う。

The Hotel and all their staff were so graciously kind to us, they went above and beyond more than I ever expected for them to do. I had mention in the comments that we'd be celebrating our daughter's Birthday, and they went out of their way to help decorate our room! How sweet was that! Love them forever for that special touch and thoughtfulness. Definitely left a great impression. The friends and their parents were impressed as well, with your service and attention to detail. Job well done and I look forward to our future bookings here.

I can't say enough about the staff at this property. After encountering issues at the airport, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating! The room was spacious and super comfortable. We'd definitely come back!

Ken in customer service was very accommodating? The staff was very friendly and there was a nice place to eat right next to a hotel. Very comfortable enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was overall great. We came to swim for the weekend, so was really disappointed that the hot tub was broken. It was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Our room was not ready when we came to check in around 4 pm. Did not get into our room until 2 1/2 hours after the posted check in time. Room size was awesome. Lots of space and storage. Beds were a little stiff. Breakfast was decent. Pool area was nice, but hot tub was lukewarm in the evening and then the next morning the pool area was so full of a chlorine smell that it burned your eyes and caused a cough. Regardless, we still enjoyed our stay and thought things were pretty good overall.

Hotel was very nice. Great hospitality, wonderful pool and hot tub, though the pool was on the smalller side it was still very fun. My room was great, had a kitchenette, 2 beds and a hid-a-bed. Clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was yummy but on New Years Day, it was hard for the staff person to keep up with the hot food items and forks. A suggestion: upgrade the coffee, other than that a wonderful stay!

The rooms were very nice and would stay there again. The staff were great also.

Great place, we will be back, everything was almost perfect, only minor issues with the heating and ac unit, just couldn’t find a medium. It was hot or cold, never perfect, always running, never really found that perfect temp. But over all very nice place, staff was very.
