I was great!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and every meal was enjoyable. The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

We were very happy with the service at City Hotel. Great staff and very friendly. You don’t have to cross the street for dinner because the hotel has a good restaurant. You can choose buffet or á la carte. We ate á la carte. The food is really good and prices are correct. We recommend this place.

Had an amazing experience during my stay in City Hotel Duqm. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Manna, he made our stay memorable. Duqm is a smaller city among other places in Oman and staying at city hotel is like staying at home, friendly staff, good atmosphere, lively vibes, scrumptious meals and good rooms with a decent pool. Mr. Manna is best employee to be in the hotel. He takes care of your arrival, food requirements, to check if your stay is comfortable. He makes sure you get you meals on time even when your late from work. He is a gentleman with a golden heart. I wouldn’t stay at the hotel if is not working there. Mr. Mohammed at reception is also friendly and good person. The hotel is 2 floors, no lift, around 100 rooms. Good WiFi connection, bathroom amenities, a round the clock restaurant and room service, a bar, ample parking area. Would highly recommended this hotel and would recommend to get familiar with Mr. Manna for best stay at hotel.

Restaurant is nice and delicious food. Restaurant staffs are so kindly.Restaurant staff Md Manna Amin is excellent organized out Ifter & dinner for more than 50 person. Also he organized a family dinner & party very well. He very co-operative and well organizer .

Recently visited city hotel duqm on a business trip, had an amazing experience there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Manna, he is amazing and takes very good care of everyone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a great time.

modernes business hotel etwas außerhalb von duqm, unweit vom rock garden. leider zur zeit von vielen baustellen umgeben. die anschlüsse an die schnellstraße werden gebaut. zimmer ok, sauber. etwas stark nach desinfektionsmittel gerochen. das essen hier, ist das highlight ! super buffet ( morgens und abends). der koch versteht sein handwerk. sehr freundliches personal. wir wurden richtig mit essen verwöhnt. herzlichen dank!

Clean hotel with good service. We arrived at the hotel after the buffet dinner ended at 10pm but the restaurant staff kindly prepared dinner separately for my children. When we returned to the hotel a second time, we enjoyed their buffet dinner. There was calamari, lamb chops, and some Indian dishes. The next day for breakfast, I particularly enjoyed their masala omelette and masala tea. Amjad who is Head of Service at breakfast was wonderful - he was attentive with his service, patient and warm. Thank you Amjad - it made our morning.

The hotel receptionist service is great with kind service, and room service are good and good are delicious. I have enjoyed well here. There are swimming pool neat and clean all the time they maintaining the water great manner. I would like to come again here. Thank you.
