Please avoid this hotel at all cost, especially when travelling with children. On a sports tour with my son at the moment, and with the level of noise from rooms qbove me and the screaming/shouting/fighting going on down stairs at the restaurant, it is impossible to get any rest! Not to mentio trying to sleep. So disappointed.

The noise in the restaurant is unbearable both the background music and the staff shouting across the room. I was there for a meeting it was not peaceful at al.......I did not enjoy the service they also give to walk-in customers who come in for their breakfast buffet or lunch they just do not pay much attention to you

Rooms, ok - but showing signs of wear and tear. The inclusion of a "gym/workout room" is downright misleading - most of the equipment does not work and belongs in a skip. The heaviest weights on the rack at 12.5kg. It's a total mess and they really need to sort it out and stop advertising it in the meantime.

Absolutely pathetic, when we checked the sheets on the bed had red and black stains, the throw on the bed was stained, the room was painted and there were paint splatters all over the telephone, bed side tables, the bedside lap was rusted, there was no airfreshners available in the bathroom, the lifts were dirty, absolutely no eye for cleanliness and maintenence

The noise from restaurant and reception makes it impossible to sleep..Staff walk around and shout at the top of their voices. Guests at the restaurant laugh like hyenas all night Rooms are nice except for this noise situation. Grounds are ok. Reception and restaurant are very near the rooms which makes it impossible to sleep

Your Rooms do not have a warmth welcoming, they are very cold, with no carpet even on the sides when you fall of the bed. Your WIFI (Internet) is a disaster, I ended up using my data every time I was there. Your blankets are very old.
