the rooms were very old and dirty. it looked like an oyo hotel were rooms were very small and bathroom were dirty. the shower was not working properly and the ac was malfunctioning. the matress was very old and hard. this hotel is just worth of 1 star rating.

The allocated room had a blocked window with wall behind it. Bed side lamp shades were broken. AC remote buttons were missing. Bathroom jet spray pipe was leaking. Hotel people were least bothered to solve the issues. Itz a dingy hotel. Plz avoid.

Hotel was good and food was also good. The only problem was the mattress. Mattress was very bad. It was hard like a coir mattress. Not suitable for family. According to the charges it was poor.

Overall the hotel and its services are very good. Staff is very good and the most important thing. Mind you the hotel is bit old and need a bit of renovation.

Overalls the stay was average because some of the lights were not working also the button’s of fans were confusing there was only one water bottle there should be at-least 2 water bottle if the room is booked for two adult

Curtain and furniture condition not good. Lots of fungal smells is coming in room. Rest is okay. Parking is best advantage. Guest can sleep with out any concern about their vehicles.

My experience was very bad. Because i have booked earlier and due to reaching late informed them but no proper reply. Also after reaching the room was not up to mark as expected. Also service is very bad even in breakfast no options except 2-3 items. I will never recommend anyone as per the payment they take and service provide.

Rooms are very badly maintained. Toilets hv cracked tiles, leaking ceilings, swollen wall paints. Passages are badly maintained. Location and food is good but overall experience is terrible. Will stay if there is no other option in durg.
