I was disappointed in general with the hotel. Although the lobby has been updated, the rest of the hotel is in need of renovation. The furniture in our room was, to put it nicely, worn. Our mattress was uncomfortable and I could feel the springs when I sat on the bed. Our toilet was clogged when we arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk when we were on our way out. It was still clogged when we returned hours later. There was a high pitched electronic buzz in our room that we could not find. Our ceiling had a water stain in it from the room above. Overall, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in some time.

The hotel served its purpose. We had a 2 day stay over a weekend for a wedding we were in town for. The hotel could use some repairs it seemed a bit dated. There were some stores nearby which was great for water etc. The beds were small and did not seem to be the queen beds we were expecting when we booked. The fridge in the room was leaking so the carpet was wet. We were on the 3rd floor and there seemed to be some construction or repairs going on at the end of the hall (kind of an eye sore). We found a pill on the floor in our room that did not belong to us when we looked it up it was some sort of cancer medication so maybe another once over when cleaning might’ve helped Address that and the fridge. Overall it was a fine short stay and the staff seemed nice.

I had one night stay. Lobby has lots of seating and Bedroom was bright and comfortable bed. However, bathroom sink drain was clogged and found short dark hair on bathroom floor.

I picked this property because of location and I typically have a good experience with Courtyards. This property needs a refresh. My room was on the 4th floor, main 4th floor hallway carpet had stains the entire length of the hallway from the elevator to my room. There was a definate oder (not a "clean" oder, but a cover-up oder) in the hallway as well as my room. Room did appear to be clean and tiddy. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. All room amenities functioned as expected with the exception of one light and one outlet at the bed.

Our experience was disappointing. The hotel is very old. There were several rooms on our floor, including ours, that didn't have a room number on or around the door. The toilet was low enough to be considered a child's toilet. No microwave in the room. The common microwave on our floor was out of order. The elevator was not working. We went out to our car at dark and not a single light was working in the parking lot. There were guests trying to come inside and could not find their way because of the darkness. This was very unsafe. We requested a different room with handicap accessibility and was told there were none available. We were surprised that Marriott would allow their name to be associated with a place like this. It looks nothing like the pictures on the internet.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. They did not offer daily cleaning of the room, nor did they clean my room when I requested it. Enormously disappointing service.

The stay was good but the room looks a bit worn. Sink would not drain. Enjoyed the lounge/restaurant. All the employees were very friendly!!

Comfortable and convenient. The room was nice and the amenities adequate. Our wing was undergoing renovations, so it was a little disheveled.
