SpringHill套房達拉姆教堂山酒店(SpringHill Suites Durham Chapel Hill)

Fine location for the hotel and a nice pool/jacuzzi area. But breakfast was terrible and with inaccurate signage, and none of the staff was particularly friendly, enthusiastic, or helpful. Neither of the locks on the doors to either the toilet room or the shower part of the bathroom worked, and they were separate rooms (as in two separate bathrooms in our suite). The toilet part was situated directly in front of the beds (while the television was off to the side), which made it pretty awkward when someone in our party was using the commode. Will not stay again. Better choices can be found in an area as large as Raleigh-Durham.

I liked the evening receptionist. She was helpful with where to find gas. Housekeeping was horrible. Pillows had an odor and needs laundering. The bed was not turned my last night and dirty towels still present. No hot water for shower on last night. Housekeeping comes by at 0800-0900A. Recommend they start cleaning after 11A and later, when occupants are no longer I their rooms. I was still jet lagged and need to sleep in, so an early morning visit was really inconvenient.

The property was convenient to shopping and dining. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were really nicely laid out and the a/c worked very well. Despite the property being surrounded by shopping it was very quiet! I would stay at a Marriott property again!

Me and my son stayed overnight to watch a UNC game. The staff was great! We had a slight issue with the bathroom door locking from the outside in and the front desk sent someone up quickly. Our room was clean. The hotel breakfast offers a good selection and the property was located close to quite a few restaurants and a Duck donuts. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great from check in to checkout. Rooms was super clean and staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Close to shopping, restaurants. Nice pool and hot tub that opens early and closes late.

Overall my daughter and I enjoyed our stay, with these side notes! 1.The swimming pool temperature of the water was so cold that my 11 year old wouldn’t get into it. 2. The heat in our room 522 took hours to kick in(not until mid morning) The water pressure in the shower was so weak we could barely wash/rinse our hair! And there was basically no hot water! 3. Lastly. The breakfast was very disappointing! The powdered eggs were cold(tasted terrible) they only had one strength of coffee in 2 containers (Bold) neither I or my girlfriend drink it and it tasted horrible! With all of that being said I’m leaving the stay with mixed emotions! We were both definitely impressed with the facility but the amenities that came alone with the stay were very disappointing!

Very well appointed hotel. Our room was very nice and appreciated having the toilet area separate from the main bath area. Two separate sitting area’s nice as well.

Staff was really nice. Common areas were nice and updated. Room furniture was a little old. Couch was permanently stained.
