Second time staying here at Rick Resort....wanna bring family members come and experience it during Chinese New Year. They enjoyed very much.

We like the place , locating slightly away from the town center in kampung area which is quiet. Room is clean and bed is comfortable . The owner is very friendly, the staff too ! The place is well maintained and has all its basic amenities . Room is clean and we enjoyed cycling around the kampung area. Value for money. Will recommend

Cozy & comfort place for families. A few minute from menara chondong teluk intan.

Positive The room is clean, and spacious with a dining table located outside of the tent. Negative. Should be add non-slippery mats in front of toilet to avoid any injuries. Should add or built a concrete stairs inside the adult pool as iron stair is not convenience for heavy-weight users, like me. Quite difficult to jump off from the pool.

The room is spacious and very suitable for a family of five. The bathroom is clean, tidy, and beautifully designed, providing good comfort. However, the futon or mattress provided is quite thin and less comfortable for me, as I am used to sleeping on a thick mattress. If a thicker mattress were available, the stay would have been even better.

I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

husband i n i suka sangat tempat dia even pendalaman resort dia.. bilik dpt hujung sekali, kt tingkat ats.. betul2 tepi hutan kot hehe, jnji selesa sangat2 ssuai untk vacation nk merehatkn diri sama" suami/isteri rsa nk repeat lgi insyallah, bersih n trsusun sangat2 bilik dia, tkde kecuaian apa lengkap kipas n aircond n katil yg sangat selesa bilik wangi hehe ❤️❤️ thank you untuk service yg trbaik 😍
