美第奇生活酒店(Living Hotel de Medici)

location is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

Hotel is centraal gelegen, auto parkeerservice prima en zeker niet duur. Service aan de balie was minder, medewerker was erg ongeïnteresseerd en vertelde dat wij inclusief ontbijt hadden, wat helemaal niet het geval was. De kamer was prima, alleen veel spiegels. De douche sloot niet goed, zodat we bijna alle handdoeken op de grond moesten leggen. En er was te weinig licht op de badkamer. We hebben niet gegeten in het hotel, dus daar kunnen we niets over zeggen.

Tired old hotel , cold check in and there was no blind in our room curtain They moved us to another room but there was no water or basic amenities, even the telephone is out of order I didn’t see any value with the money we have paid even breakfast was an average I would return back even for free

Unbeschreiblich schöner Aufenthalt !! Service extrem gut.

We had a 3 night stay which was overall really good. The first night we got little sleep as we had 2 nightclubs below the room but staff were quick to move us to the other side of the building when we asked for a room change in the morning. Would happily come back..

Sehr gutes Haus. Wir sind immer wieder gerne dort. Die einzige kleine Kritik wäre, dass die Lichtverhältnisse im Bad deutlich besser sein könnten und ein Schminkspiegel für die Damen sehr wünschenswert wären.
