Services not good at all

Das Hotel ist einfach und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstück, alles sauber geputzt. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Lage ist auch gut, ziemlich ruhig, mein Zimmer hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon.

Super hilfreich und freundliches Personal. Unkompliziert. Alles da was man braucht.

Horrible hotel, next to the train, looks dodgy and very noisy. I also found the staff very unfriendly. The curtains are not closing properly and the carpet on the hallway full of stains. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. The breakfast was Ok but other than that never again.

Last minute choice for a trade show, paid 500 euro per night with no breakfast! No bar, no parking (random street parking almost impossible), no restaurant. Room Incredibly basic, smelly bathroom, no room cleaning during our stay, wet towels used for 2 nights. Fire doors on every level wedged open with large dirty bins, surely this isn’t legal.

Not safe, not clean and not friendly! We arrived at 7:30pm to be followed by a group of males, there was no one at reception and struggled to let ourselves in trying to use the lockbox with men watching us. In the hotel had no staff, no disabled access to our floor, the room was unclean that feet were black. Rooms are not as the pictures seem and staff did not acknowledge concern of safety. Also be aware that the hotel is facing the train and very loud,

The hotel was dated. Bathroom is not clean
