豪斯艾美珠酒店(Hotel Haus am Zoo)

Es war sehr schön und für unseren Zweck passend.

La almohada estaba vacía, la moqueta sucia, el edredón daba asco, el pasillo hacia el jardín olía muy mal, las camas incómodas, la limpieza dejaba bastante que desear.

Einfach nur schön, wunderbarer Garten mit Swimmingpool, schöne Terrasse und aufmerksames und herzlich freundliches Personal. Haus liegt in völlig ruhiger Lage in einem Wohnviertel in fußläufiger Entfernung zu einer Einkaufsstraße und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Genial die zu mietenden eSmarts.

We stayed for a family reunion with my nephew and grandniece. It was perfect as it was such a hot day and the lovely secluded outdoor pool was great. The staff were very attentive and interested in our little party. Great location and quiet. Only a few minutes walk to the tram for the city and free pass supplied by the hotel. Zoo park is just a few minutes walk away with playpark and walks. Balcony room was great and loved the walk in shower. Everything fresh and clean .

Ich habe in dem „Haus“ übernachtet… Die Zimmer sind veraltet, das Frühstück ist überbewertet ( der Speck wird um 05-06 Uhr gebraten… Hauptsache ist das nicht pulsierte Besteck stimmt!!) Die Zimmer Kategorien stimmen nicht wie im Internet beschrieben überein) An der Rezeption stand der Inhaber ( ich denke die Gäste haben Vorrang) und labert über seinen Wohnmobil was er sich durch steuerersparniseen leisten konnte. Last but Not Least wenn du auschecken musst wirst du gefragt ob du eine Rechnung brauchst! Ershaft? Wo leben wir denn? Ich würde sehr gerne aussagen wollen, und hoffe das Finanzamt Düsseldorf das ließt! Sowas braucht unser Land nicht! Der Hammer ist dass so genannter Inhaber „leyh“ einen Codewort dafür hat und zwar „Altlasten“ Die Mitarbeiter haben sowohl Angst als auch ein schlechtes Gewissen… Ich würde gerne aussagen wenn man mich kontaktieren würde… AK

Love this hotel and use it on a regular basis both for business, family and friend. Nicely located close to a park and not to far from the center of Dusseldorf. Wonderful garden and relaxed atmosphere - can definitely recommend this hotel!!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We stayef here for 12 nights family of Seven. The members of staff were absolutely amazing so friendly nothing was to much trouble even when we were late home and the children were hungry they went out of their way to provide food for them. Our room was fabulous so much room and the shower was amazing. Thank you so much are first trip to Germany and you made it great for us diffentely recommend it to anyone x

No climate control, small rooms.

Comfortable hotel. Great for a quick, one night stay.
