They cancelled my stay without actually telling me or giving me my money back! If i hadnt by chance gone on to their website to check if you get wi-fi then i wouldn't have seen that theyre shut, i would have been stranded late at night with a child. No apology or explanation from them. I can see this has happened to others too. Shocking way to treat people. Im now left waiting for a refund and having to pay a lot more for a hotel and parking and stress the day before my holiday trying to sort this.

I returned to the property after 6 months and you can see that there has been investment overall and the clientele have also returned creating a bustling atmosphere. I stayed in one of the properties executive doubles, with more than enough room and comfort for the cost I was very pleased with my stay and look forward to returning again and even upgrading to the suite possibly.

AWFUL customer service which is a shame because I have stayed here previously in mid 2021 and it was pleasant enough. Having booked the holiday weekend several months in advance, with 4 days to go before jubilee weekend, they called and cancelled my booking. No reason given. Just nope, it’s cancelled, goodbye. I asked for an alternative and was told that was outwith their control (very good but get someone who can) and then to add insult to injury, they’ve already taken payment despite it being payment ON ARRIVAL. This money now floats in their system for 2 WEEKS until I get it back. By which time the weekend away is long gone. Thankfully I booked through *********** (the hotel staff didn’t answer the phone to them!) who are sorting this out for me. Top tip - BOOK SOMEWHERE, ANYWHERE ELSE, if you want to actually go on your trip.

After a flight cancellation, we were put up overnight at this hotel along with approximately 150 other passengers. The staff dealt with the sudden influx of guests in a calm, efficient and friendly fashion. Our room was simple but clean and comfortable and the food was good and plentiful. But the best aspect of the hotel was the staff who, without except, were helpful and professional and went about their business with smiles on their faces. After a stressful day waiting in vain for our flight they made us all feel welcome.

Great hotel if you require to stop in Dyce. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only problem food and bar closed at 10pm. Very reasonably priced and a courtesy bus provided in the morning. Even early morning requirements covered.

Staff so welcoming and friendly our stay started off great and only got better. On the app you can bid on an upgrade if one is available for your dates for a fraction of the cost which is a great idea. Car parking is available on site. We booked 2 rooms both were huge, spotlessly clean and had all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. We had a suite which was huge with a separate living area and comfy Super king bed. The bar area has a snooker table in it, although closed at 10pm it was made available to residents. Great Location, we were going to P&J Live which is only a 20minute walk away, also convenient to a Tesco Metro and Greggs, if required. It was Dads 50th Birthday and the hotel went above and beyond. The hotel put birthday banners on the door and in the room with a birthday card, which we did not expect and this made our trip extra special. A Massive Thank You to all Staff involved, you helped make this a birthday he will not forget. Will not hesitate to rebook if we are in Aberdeen again, Highly Recommend.

We stayed here for one night as part of an event here at the weekend and we had a brilliant stay. Brilliantly priced room and we got a free upgrade on arrival and free breakfast included. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone using Aberdeen airport or for an event - lovely function room

Lovely airport, small but perfect for someone setting out on a journey on their own for the first time. Staff very friendly and helpful.travelled with EasyJet down to Luton and had a very good experience. Good range of shops in the Duty free too.

Yes a bit dated in places however we stayed as a party of 13 and we all had a great overnight with not one complaint from any of us. Rooms are clean and spacious,reception/bar and dining areas are nice and comfortable,we all had dinner and breakfast which everyone enjoyed. I had read a few negative reviews and decided those guests were extremely unlucky or deliberately looking to complain. Overall a great time had by all,and a big mention to the staff who were quite simply fantastic

Absolute diamond staff, I was made to feel like part of the family! The food was to die for. Breakfast and tea ! When ever I’m in aberdeen, I’m here.!!!the beds are comfy rooms are cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff are lovely.

I have used this hotel several times and it has always been a fabulous night. Danny and all the staff go out of their way to help with all the arrangements of the event and make sure the night goes without a hitch. Food was excellent. Thank you all for your support and help.
