凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites)

The staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Room provided everything I needed and had a large tv to help relax when I had extra time. Would definitely recommend.

While coming up to this hotel we checked in and went to the room, it was absolutely disgusting, brown marks in the ceiling, the photos were incorrect there was no jacuzzi, and the bed’s comforter had spots all over it. We went down to the main desk to tell the staff it was disgusting, they refused to give out money back and we’re quite rude. We were not even in the room 20 minutes or had later on the bed. He threatened to call the police on us after requesting our money back numerous times. I still request a refund.

The carpet was discussing. I wore a pair of white socks, just to sleep. After 4 nights they were black. The pillows are tiny. Barely as big as my head. I've never seen pillows that small except on a sofa.

Unfortunately I left after one night. I wasn’t sure if the bedding was actually fresh so I slept on top of the covers. There was a very strong smell and the room was very humid.

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Television was fine although I could not find local channels or network channels. Generally clean, air conditioning worked well.

The rooms show some minor damage here and there in the drywall, but the rooms are clean, the bedding fresh and the staff very pleasant and accommodating.

Enployees were kind and helpful. Breakfast was pretty weak. Pretty basic and lots of items empty upon arrival. Room had a dirty/musty smell.

Everything was great but the room was terribly musty. Some of the towels looked a little dingy too.

The staff was amazing! We had to book an additional 2 nights due to bad weather. Everybody was super friendly and very accomodating!
