The hotel itself is very nice, and the room is comfortable and clean.
It’s a little pricey for what you get, but it’s right on the beach, and that’s really what you are paying for, a hotel right on the water.

Even though its winter we still love the lake view. Pillows are comfy, water pressure is great, rooms are quiet, clean, and front desk is always nice.

Our family was stuck in Traverse City due to bad weather. The hotel staff did so much to make a very stressful situation less so. They made sure we were getting the best rate, allowed us to check out late in the afternoon, and were super friendly and helpful about everything. The hotel is super comfortable and clean with a great indoor pool and hot tub plus an arcade. We look forward to returning when it is not under a blanket of snow.

Very beautiful Hotel with many amenities. Pool & hot tub were great! Right on the beach & Lake Michigan. Also many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good. Hotel manager was very personable & accommodating. Would definitely stay again..

Great trip. Really should go back to have a breakfast that you come and eat in the commons. A box deliveried to the door is not nearly as nice.

It was off-season, so we were upgraded to a lake-view room. Even though it was snowing, the view was beautiful! I would like to come back in the summer just to walk out of my room onto the beach!

When I went to take a shower, the water diverter was gone from the faucet. We called the desk and they sent maintenance up and he fixed it in 5 mins. I appreciated the speedy service! The breakfast was interesting, but not bad. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.
