Room was adequate with a great shower. However it had no windows. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly bar and met our needs.

Excellent stay at the Golf Tavern. Staff couldn't be nicer nor more efficient. Extremely friendly with good old fashioned manners and service. Would highly recommend. Also had an excellent meal and fabulous, enormous breakfast, excellent value. Its an old 'lady' with character and excellent value for money, will stay again

What a great place to stay !!!
Nice town (with good public transport to Edinburgh)
The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the owner (John) cooked us some wonderful food.
I would stay there again if I was ever in the area.
