Το καλύτερο που έχουμε επισκεφτεί πραγματικα!!! Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι. Πρώτα απ' όλα καθαριότητα, ησυχία,η θάλασσα δίπλα το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό ..όλα τα παιδιά! Το εστιατοριο έχει τρομερή κουζίνα μην φύγετε και δεν δοκιμάσετε! Το wifi ήταν γρήγορο παρόλο που ήταν γεμάτο από άτομα το ξενοδοχειο..και όσο για το πρωινό δεν έχω ξανά δει πιο πλούσιο! Έχει τα πάντα σε μεγάλες ποσότητες και ενθουσιάστηκα που σου φτιάχνουν βάφλες εκείνη την ώρα! Δεν ξέρω τι άλλο να πω όλα τέλεια ! Σας το προτείνω!

Très bel hôtel en pierre sur un étage. Très belles chambres avec balcon et vue sur la mer. Piscine. Lit très confortable et grande salle de bain. Très calme. Parking. Accès direct a la mer.A 5 minutes en voiture de Gytheio. Le petit déjeuner est très varié. Avec plats maisons ( feuilleté eu fromage, cale a l’orange, jus de fruit frais). Accueil aimable et professionnel. Je recommande fortement.

Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο. Είναι η τρίτη φορά που ερχόμαστε. Ξεχωριστή αρχιτεκτονική που θυμίζει πέτρινα πυργόσπιτα. Τα δωμάτια ευρύχωρα με στρώματα cocomat. Ξεχωρίζει η διατήρηση της πέτρας στονν τοίχο μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Το πρωινό καταπληκτικό. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται μπροστά στην υπέροχη παραλία του Μαυροβουνίου και είναι pet friendly. Διαθέτει, τέλος, δωμάτια για ΑΜΕΑ. Η τέλεια επιλογή για χαλάρωση.

Η εμπειρία ξεκίνησε ευχάριστα γιατί η πρώτη μας επαφή ήταν με το προσωπικό, της πισίνας, εστιατορίου, πας παρτού, που κάτω από την τρομερή ζέστη και τις αντίξοες συνθήκες εργασίας, εξυπηρετούν με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο. Χαμογελαστοί, εξυπηρετικότατοι, πρόθυμοι. Δυστυχώς όμως είχαμε μετά να αντιμετωπίσουμε μια ρεσεψιονίστ, μ΄ένα φοβερά άσχημο attitude. Μου εξήγησε τους ατελείωτους κανόνες του ξενοδοχείου, καταλήγοντας πάντα με το "καταλάβατε", σαν ομαδάρχισσα σε κατασκήνωση που μιλάει σε πεντάχρονα... "Προθυμοποιήθηκε" να με βοηθήσει με τις βαλίτσες (!) (πράγμα αδύνατο) και φυσικά τις κουβάλησα μόνος μου μέσα στους 40 βαθμούς, ενώ μετά από μέρες είδαμε να περιφέρεται ένα καροτσάκι για βαλίτσες που ποτέ δεν εμφανίστηκε στο δικό μας τσεκ ιν. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο και όμορφο, σκονισμένο πάνω στα έπιπλα, κάτω από τον καναπέ και με μια έντονη μυρωδιά μούχλας. Συνειδητοποιήσαμε μετά από 2 μέρες που χρησιμοποιήσαμε το ψυγείο, ότι η μούχλα (και η φασαρία) προέρχονταν από εκεί. Μάλιστα το ψυγείο μέσα είχε μαύρα κομμάτια μούχλας, που μάλλον δεν είδαν ποτέ οι καθαρίστριες και αναγκαστήκαμε να καλέσουμε την ρεσεψιον για να καθαριστεί. Fun fact η ρεσεψιον στο check out με "κατηγόρησε" ότι το ψυγείο μέσα είχε πέτρες (!) από την παραλία. Κι αυτό το χρησιμοποίησε φυσικά ως αντίλογο με ένα εξαιρετικό timing, την ώρα δηλαδή, που ως πελάτης της έκανα παράπονα. Και η αλήθεια είναι ότι δεν έχουμε κάποιο φετίχ να ψύχουμε πέτρες... Δεν ξέρω αν είναι σύνηθες αυτό στα ξενοδοχεία... Επίσης να πούμε ότι οι σίτες ήταν σκισμένες, ότι σκοτώσαμε μια σαρανταποδαρούσα στον τοίχο η οποία καθαρίστηκε μετά από 3 μέρες (το αφήσαμε στο τοίχο το πτώμα να δούμε πότε θα συμβεί το θαύμα), ότι κάθε μέρα το στρώμα σκόνης στα έπιπλα γινόταν όλο και πιο χοντρό και όλα αυτά πάντα σε συνδυασμό με ένα πολύ υψηλό κοστολόγιο για όλες τις υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου. Να τονίσω εδώ ότι δεν με νοιάζει καθόλου πόσο χρεώνει κάτι κάποιο ξενοδοχείο, αρκεί να προσφέρει την σωστή υπηρεσία. Στην προκειμένη περίπτωση το ξενοδοχείο δεν προσφέρει ό,τι πληρώνεις. Από τον κακής ποιότητας καφές (4 ευρώ στο χάρτινο ποτηράκι) μέχρι το ακαθάριστο δωμάτιο, μέχρι την εξυπηρέτηση αλα καρτ (θα δώσουμε καροτσάκι για τις βαλίτσες μόνο σε όποιον το ζητήσε (;) ). Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό, αρκεί βέβαια να το είχαν καλύψει με κάτι και όπως προείπα και το προσωπικό ,που κάνει όλες τις δουλειές και συμφέρει προφανώς. Αυτά όμως μόνα τους δεν αρκούν. Το κερασάκι στην τούρτα ήταν ότι την τελευταία νύχτα είχαν εκδήλωση στην πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου. Αυτό τι σήμαινε; Ότι η πισίνα δεν ήταν προσβάσιμη σχεδόν όλη την ημέρα, ότι υπήρχε μια αναστάτωση για την εκδήλωση από το ίδιο προσωπικό που προσπαθούσε να "φέρει βόλτα" και την πελατεία του ξενοδοχείου, του εστιατορίου, της παραλίας ΚΑΙ της πισίνας. Η ρεσεψιονίστ, με το ίδιο εκπληκτικό attitude με ενημέρωσε ότι το απόγευμα υπήρχε βάπτιση και that's all. Δεν ενημέρωσε ποτέ ότι η βάπτιση θα κρατούσε μέχρις τις 2:30 το πρωί, ότι θα είχε πυροτεχνήματα και κροτίδες, πολύ δυνατή μουσική κι ότι μια

Μείναμε σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο για δύο εβδομάδες. Πολύ καλή ποιότητα ύπνου, άριστο προσωπικό στο ξενοδοχείο και την παραλία. Το πρωινό πλούσιο και τα ροφήματα πολύ καλής ποιοτητας. Στα αρνητικά οι πολλές αστοχίες από την team της καθαριότητας των δωματίων. Χρειάζεται μεγάλη βελτίωση. Η πάρα πολύ σκόνη από τον δρόμο , δεν ευθύνεται για αυτό το ξενοδοχειο. Στο εστιατόριο το φαγητό δεν ήταν της αναμενόμενης ποιότητας, σύμφωνα με τις κριτικές. Για εμάς ήταν αδιάφορο και υπερτιμημένο Σε γενικές γραμμές ένα πολύ καλό resort για διαμονή.

Le restaurant de cet hôtel est magique . Dîner au bord de la piscine … Les assiettes sont copieuses et délicieuses !! Cuisine italienne , vin délicieux! Le personnel est aux petits soins , hyper agréable Le service !!!! Parfait A recommander vivement

I stayed here 5 times during the last 5 years. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. A wonderful staff led by the nicest hotel manager - Maria Breakfast is very good and the serenity of the hotel and the dining room is all over your stay. A great location for a star trip in the south of the Peloponnese

This hotel is only separated from the sea by a small street (with very little traffic). You can park the car on the street. We arrived in the early afternoon, and could check in without any problem (was a close call though, the floor was still wet when we entered the room. The hotel has a relative small pool, there is no need for a bigger one as the sea is just across the street – with sunbeds and umbrella’s for the guests. The rooms are really nice, I really liked the visible stones on the inside. The size of the room is good, but not excessive. Be aware though: there are no elevators, so you have to carry your luggage when using the stairs. All was very clean, and the room has all you need – including a scale and coffee machine – but no coffee (was immediately addressed when I mentioned this to the staff). Breakfast was good, we also had dinner here and this was very good too. A small side note, and not specific for this hotel: the shower has a ‘cord’, that I mistakenly assumed to be the ventilator switch. It does not activate the ventilator, but the alarm… The staff reacted as they should, with discretion, but double check you are fine. Conclusion: very nice hotel and quiet location – provided you have a car available.

Great little, family run hotel. Very clean - best breakfasts we had during our 3 week road trip! Very clean bedroom, bathroom and swimming pool area. The hotel is opposite a very long sandy beach - all very quiet in May. Lots to see in the area - the hotel can give good tips of what to see and where to go. Also a great dinner menu and some of the best food we had in the evenings.

Lovely stay, spacious comfortable room, kitchen does excellent food.

Hotel is positioned across a quiet gravel road from the beach with free use of sunbeds and parasols. Great position especially if your a beach lover. The hotel is built in the style of the Mani architecture with several small tower blocks of rooms. There is a swimming pool while not huge is fine for needs. Rooms have lots of space and are very clean and the bathroom is well equipped and spacious. Along the road are several hotels and tavernas but little else. Hotel is a good base for exploring the Mani or Mystra. Gythio is few minutes drive and a reasonable sized town but nothing special. Nearby is the Shipwreck beach which is a good beach with the added attraction of a shipwreck. Restaurant at the hotel is very good. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, we also had lunch on one occasion and dinner twice while we were there and the food was very good. Staff were all friendly and helpful, special mention of Leoni at the restaurant/bar who is a star. Very friendly and helpful and who assisted us in getting a shovel and using mats to get our car out of the sand when it got stuck. I would happily stay here again when in the area.

Such a friendly hotel. We were given our room early which was a great help to us. It’s location is great - just across from a gorgeous beach. Our room was good with a reasonable size balcony and large bathroom. There were good quality bathrobes and toiletries and housekeeping was of a high standard. We thought the architecture of the hotel was very tasteful; it is made of stone and fits in well with its surroundings. The pool was lovely - very refreshing and a decent size. The staff who work at the bar were friendly and obliging at all times. We ate at the hotels restaurant twice and thought the standard was good. Breakfast was very good too apart from the coffee - dispensed from a machine - pretty tasteless. Lots of choice and it varied between the three days we were there. The hotel cats looked cared for too - always a bonus for me - they didn’t beg so I’m assuming they were being fed. Only a few minor criticisms - it wasn’t easy obtaining beds by the sea and it appeared that they were being used by non residents. The pool was also used by non residents too on the Sunday which meant the area around it was busy even though the hotel itself wasn’t full. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay. The town is pretty and the coastline around it gorgeous.

I would not recommend this hotel. Not replied to my communications. They are other hotels in mavrovouni beach with a lot better amenities for your money Please choose another hotel of equal or the same service

Stayed in room 302 wonderful 180 degree view of the sea and the beautiful mountains from the large balcony. Breakfast excellent, fresh orange juice perfect, other Greek touches lovely. Stayed in a superior room that was more than adequate, comfortable bed and everything in order. Hotel was very quiet during our stay, we loved being here. We spent 2 days at Vathi beach which was extremely quiet and very nice. Pebbly beach that is very calm and nice for swimming. No charge for (nice) beds at Ostria tavern and food excellent.
