Rachana ma’am and Rittick all staff were very cooperative. Shivam and all house keeping staff service was very excellent. Chef’s Aditya Narayan we’re very cooperative and the food was amazing we enjoyed soup, starter, main course and sweet was truly amazing will miss the food. Will recommend everyone to choose the UDAAN ALPINE SPA AND RESORT at GHANTOK Thanks to all the staff, chef’s and house keeping staff for excellent services. Rooms were very clean and hygienic and service was on time.

Our stay at Udaan Hotel was truly wonderful. The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are extremely courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making our experience even more special. The food was absolutely amazing every dish was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with an incredible view that made our stay even more relaxing. It’s an ideal place for families, friends, or couples to unwind and enjoy quality time together. We truly loved our stay and highly recommend Udaan Hotel to everyone!

Good stay and good ambience .All the staffs were lively and cooperative. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. A quite and clam atmosphere all around.

This place is so beautiful. Rooms ate extremely clean.And above all , the hospitality is wonderful. The staff is what impressed me the most. They are humble and so dedicated to make your experience wonderful. The food was PURE VEG and MOST delicious. Lots of compliments to the chef. We had out anniversary and they decorated a cute setup on the house amd got us a wonderful cake . The chef prepared us sikkim food which was so subtle and wonderful . It was not on the menu , but just for us on request he was kind enough to specifically make for us. We would give 10 out of 5 for Udaan

This trip was our very first visit to the North East, and Sikkim has truly set the bar high for us. We absolutely loved our stay at UDAAN ALPINE.The luxury rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with elegant interiors that made us feel both comfortable and pampered. What stood out most was the impeccable service—right from the food to housekeeping, everything was managed with great care and attention to detail. The staff were consistently polite, warm, and went out of their way to accommodate our requests, making us feel truly looked after. UDAAN has given us such a memorable experience that whenever we come back to Sikkim and Gangtok, it will undoubtedly be our first choice. We cherished every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to returning soon.
