The room floor was very dirty, I would not walk on it without socks. During my stay the "Water" was broken the entire night and morning. This made using the toilet, shower and sink impossible. I had to shave using a cup of bottled water that I had bought seapartely, it was one of the most horrible stays ever. Cookies were OK, but they were out 20 minutes late. Breakfast was good, but it was hard to enjoy when I did not have water to shower.
