The front desk staff was lovely, and the area was quiet, but the hotel itself was filthy. The conditions were bad enough that no one wanted to use the bathroom, there were huge cobwebs above the bed, blood on the bedsheets, the shower had questionable dirt in it, and the carpets were the worst stained of any that I have ever seen. We stayed in the fall, so there should have been no humidity issues, but the room smelled very moldy and even with the A/C on, the window was completely fogged up with moisture the entire time. The whole hotel definitely needs a deep clean.

Hotel is in a desperate need of a reno. Lady at check in made me stand at the counter for 10 minutes before she served me. Hallways smell. Stains all over carpets, in common areas and in room. I think people live in here as there are sketchy people on the property. Would not recommend!!

Chambre convenable. Pas de punaise de lit, propre. Le desjeuner est très bien et en libre service. (gauffres, pain grillé, cereale, muffin, yougours, divers jus et café)

Certaines parties de l’hôtel ont été rénovée, comme la salle à manger. Il reste des traces évidentes de non rénovation.

This was not well maintained, room smelled musty, bedding and pillows were old and stained and bathroom was stained.

Our first room we checked into the bedding was stained! I called the desk and they immediately gave us a new room which was clean!! Tho our TV did not work!!

Other then the LOVELY lady at the front desk this place is very run down. See below a looong list of things wrong.
1-Door even when locked and safety bar on would rattle back and forth at least 1/2 inch.
2-Smoke detector hanging loose from the ceiling by only wires
3-At least 5-6 patch jobs in the walls and on the shower tub that where never finished.
4-Bathtub had dirt and stains on/in it.
5-Computer chair but no desk.
6-Notified staff more then once about entire floor once off of the elevator was extremely sticky. Took 2 days to clean and still was sticky.
7-There where tires and rims and junk all over the back of the property.

Very strong smells when getting off the elevator and into my room. Possibly the cleaning agent they use to mask the smell of a smoker in the room before my stay? Staff was very friendly and kind!

Dirty sheets and blankets, I requested for clean sheets and blankets and front desk person told me they don’t have housekeeping, the mattress of the bed and the microwave stinks like cigarettes. I will never go back to this place if I could give -0 stars I would. I don’t know where or how they got 3 stars

When I made the reservation, I specifically checked off I would pay when I got to the hotel. They charged my cc at 3pm. The girl on the phone had the nerve to say I had to call before the check in time of 3pm if I didn't want my cc charged AND said I had to check in by 3pm! Who does that? I have stayed in MANY hotels and never had this happen. The outside of the hotel looked nice. Inside, was another story. The walls in the hallway had holes and paint missing. In the room, there was a foul odor, stains on the carpet and on the sheets, no cover and a dirty air conditioner, no blankets and a large spider and bugs flying around! The doors both had wood peeling off of them in large areas. I should've taken the reviews I read to heart. I'm sorry I didn't This was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere else. I wish I had!
