伊斯特本鎮中心普瑞米爾酒店(Premier Inn Eastbourne Town Centre)

It's hard to find a new way to say the same old (but good) thing, which is that Premier Inn is reliable in every respect: you know exactly what to expect and you can count on receiving it every time. Sounds simple but it can't be easy to achieve with so many locations, properties and members of staff.

Arrived at the hotel before check in was available and was met by a very cheerful employee named Elana who was very polite. As we could not check in at that moment, she allowed us to drop our bags off and let us use the toilet. After that she came back to us saying that our room had just finished being cleaned and allowed us to check in for the additional £10 as expected. She was very friendly and considerate. Room was very clean and tidy upon entry to the room. Staff were all very happy to help. Breakfast was very good and cooked breakfast was hot as they take each person's order so they can cook it fresh. Was very pleased with our stay overall, even though it is one of the smaller hotels. Would definitely recommend coming back as it is in a prime location for the shops and beach, and is within walking distance of the train station. Just a shame there was a train strike for our return journey.

First stay in a Premier, recommended by friends & family. Right near the sea & restaurants, & not far from buses & train station. Lovely helpful staff, & cooked breakfast v.good. Just a shame for me that the bed was too high, too warm & the bath difficult to get in & out of easily for a shower. Very clean though, & good value.

omg whatt a great and amazing stay we had at the premier inn in eastbourne town centre. the staff are amazing. DAWN is a fantastic worker. always smiling and great worker. cshe went above and beyond. JAMIE THE CHEF. well wat can i say. superb cook amazing tastey deliscious food. carley great and very welcoming. phoebe again welcoming fantastic. all staff are awesome.

I had a really nice road trip. However, NCP Car Parks had no customer service whatsoever online or on the phones during the week that I wanted to go and it was difficult to know whether I would need to pre-book or take my chances. It's a shame that the Premier Inn cannot control the car parking for this hotel and put guests minds at rest before they arrive. NCP contacted me a week later to sort out issues with my account. I didn't need an account in the end but even so...

The Premier Inn and staff were faultless, the service , room and breakfast were what we as regular customers have come to appreciate and we weren't disappointed . But here comes the negative bit of the review. The lift was out of service on the first day and the whole of our 3 day break which made it very difficult and stressful if you have mobility and heart problems. Under normal circumstances mine are manageable but continually having to climb stairs to the second floor room became a large factor in spoiling what should have been a pleasant break. There was a lack of communication regarding how long it would t be out of service . Hopefully Premier Inns will consider some good will gesture of compensation regarding what was an unacceptable situation for three days. A warning though, anyone should think carefully before booking here if you feel you would need to rely on a lift.

Although it was situated on a main street, we didn't find it noisey at all, both inside and out very clean inside and out, lovely spacious rooms, easy access and a lovely warm welcome by Dawn who checked us in, explaining everything to us, extra cleaning of our rooms if needed, extra towels, lovely comfortable beds - the hotel was so handy for the town or the beach area, we couldn't fault!

It is always a pleasure to return to this hotel. When we visit Eastbourne we always stay at this Premier Inn. It is in the town centre and very close to the Pier. It does not have parking but just behind the hotel (5 minutes by foot) there is a car park for long stay which we always use. The hotel staff is great and they are always helpful and very friendly. Upon our arrival a sweet gift waited for us in our room. What a lovely surprise from the staff. We can absolutely recommend this hotel. Our hotel room was clean and quiet (facing to the back with a little Seaview).

Just finished our two night stay at the Premier Inn Eastbourne. It was brilliant, superb location a few minutes walk from the beach and right near the town centre though thanks to the sound proofing you wouldn’t know. We were a little sceptical of having to park in a NCP all weekend however the Trinity Car Park is actually just behind and is well lit and felt safe. We booked Premier Plus for the first time and were pleasantly impressed with the separate floor (air con and a nice air freshener) and a nice air con cooled room, mini fridge and coffee machine. Oh and the ultimate Wi-Fi. The hotel was lovely and clean and the breakfast was well cooked ( Thanks to chef Jamie it was the best we’d had at a premier inn). Location wise there is Best One corner shop nearby which stocks everything you’d need (and lots of unusual things) and the stretch of the Terminus road running the short walk to the sea has at least 12 different restaurants (Greek, US diner, Spanish Tapas, Indian, Thai, Italian and a Harry Ramsdens). The staff from the front desk to the room service were all brilliant, friendly, chatty and nothing was too much. With the great local buses you can use it as a great base to explore. Definitely a great choice for a stay!!
