哈爾烏塔酒店(Hotel Hare Uta)

The rooms are well appointed with an eye to detail. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful garden with all the amenities you would need such as a cute pool and a reasonably priced spa. It is located out of town and takes approximately 35 mins to walk if you can't find a taxi. Located just by the airport and the hotel included transfers in our rate. A nice welcome garland set the tone for the whole stay. From the moment we were picked up nothing to was too much trouble. Any queries were answered promptly and in a very professional manner. I usually use viator or ******* to book tours but the hotel arranged two days worth of tours and the quality, value and professionalism really impressed us. All the staff speak very good English, as our Spanish is not fantastic, we never worried about making ourselves understood. Everyone made our stay fun and thoroughly enjoyable. Pohane, Juan and the young receptionist, who's name escapes me, were so enthusiastic and funny and deserve special mention. You might get closer to town and you might get cheaper but I guarantee you will not find customer service to beat this place. Highly recommended. Mark and David.

Hotel mit nur neun Zimmern und wunderbarer Aussicht mit Terrasse inmitten eines großen Areals in dem man die Insel in seiner Gesamtheit spüren und hören kann angefangen von einer Vielzahl von Hühnern die nachts in die Bäume fliegen und dort nächtigen aber auch bei Morgengrauen entsprechend zu lärmen beginnen - für Frühaufsteher ideal - sowie Mäusen und Kakalaken Abgesehn davon eine wirklich gute Küche dargereicht von einem gut ausgebildeten Personal mit Fremdsprachenkenntnissen die vom Hotel organisierten Exkursionen waren überwiegend beeindruckend nicht minder wie die riesiegen Moais auf ihren Ahus die Wettkämpfe und Tänze in originären outfit zur jährlichen Findung des besten Clans waren eine unerwartete und nicht geplante tolle Bereicherung unseres Aufenthaltes

We absolutely loved our stay at Hare Uta. Gorgeous and peaceful garden setting, lovely rooms, huge balconies with views of the island and sunsets. Staff were extremely warm and helpful. Only 9 rooms so a very boutique experience. Breakfast included was delicious and the restaurant was amazing … and I’d say worth the drive if staying in town. Best of all were the cocktail creations of Fernando the bartender. Dreaming of returning and staying again at Hare Uta!!

Beautiful small hotel built on an ancient quarry. Great views from the upper level rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the food is quite good. The breakfast is actually delicious and the dinner entrees were all quite good with more than adequate portions.

Siamo stati io e mio marito in questo hotel per 3 notti ad agosto ,ci siamo trovati benissimo posto incantevole ,stanze spaziose e pulite, personale gentilissimo cibo molto buono, lo consiglio vivamente chi vuole andare all'Isola di Pasqua

This is one of the friendliest hotels we have stayed at. From the moment we were welcomed on arrival to our farewell at departure we felt part of the family. The service was impeccable, the rooms comfortable, the food delicious and the landscaping of the grounds just wonderful. It is out of town but for a little inconvenience you gain tremendously with the peace and tranquillity there.

A beautiful peaceful retreat in the hills of Rapa Nui although a little way out of the main town. Our generous private suite had a lovely view from the balcony. We didn't use the pool as we were too busy sightseeing on this wonderful island. The staff at Hare Uta were very friendly and helpful. The quality of the dishes cooked in the restaurant was excellent.

Accommodation comfortable, veranda pleasant, restaurant good, service attention. Front desk attentive and good English. Call outs - “er-miss” the Venezuelan in the restaurant, such a nice guy. - Noe, moai tour guide, very knowledgeable and helpful. Only 5000 CLP to town…. And we did not miss being out of town. 7 mins max. Recommended
