I don’t normally report negative experiences but this might help someone else. Shabby and dirty unfortunately. Wooden floor in dining room was black with dirt. Carpets black with stains. Under staffed, staff were stressed but very accommodating and trying their best. Hotel looked like it hadn’t been decorated since it opened. It struck me as people will put up with it because it convenient to the airport. Considering what we paid very disappointing. We tried to take avail of the early check in we were offered via email only to get to the hotel around 12:30pm and be told none of the rooms are ready and the luggage holding area was full. We were offered to wait in the bar but it was full also. We waited around the hotel and finally got one room to check in early at 2:10pm but still got charged the early check in fee even though check in was at 3pm, We only checked in early so we could have somewhere for our bags and had already waited that long.
