康科德埃靈頓小屋(Ellington Lodge at the Concorde)

Stayed here as a package with a 3 course meal and a band ! Rooms were spacious clean and warm with lovely bathrooms , we had one garden room and one executive double , very happy with both. Had read a few negative things on here so was pleasantly surprised. Large tv pleanty of power points and lovely ladies on reception . Breakfast was also very nice , both continental and cooked.

This is our second visit and won't be our last. Perfect location. Friendly staff. And pets are welcome. Our room was clean and spacious. And our puppy got a doggy bag on arrival. Breakfast was table service on the weekend we stayed. Just had a lovely feel. Thank you x

10 Dec 2023 Take that marquee. Dinner & Dance. 100% disappointing. Cold all evening, Door would not shut properly so got even colder. Greeted by no table service need to que at bar in marquee to get drinks. On table glass wine glasses. Paid over £23 bottle poor quality wine. Told to use the plastic glasses given at bar. Table crackers poor no gift of any kind cheep and nasty. Food very poor one course very quick after another. Xmas dinner Potatoes like bullets, Parsnips could not even cut. Carrots & Sprouts so unapitising white bowl no garnish. Gravy insipid and thin. So little poured over lukewarm warm turkey. Desert very budget. So cold. Toilets i have camped and used better.dusgusting. As I arrived I used toilets and the hand towel was 2 toilet rolls supplied. Take that poor on for 1 hour till 10.10pm. Made clear to leave after that as place being packed up. Elf so embarrassing bouncing around. Even a 5 year old would have cringed. One of the worst evenings out at £45 a head. Never never again.

Very dated and old fashioned. Safe does not work, not good when you have passports and valuables with you. No bar or restaurant in the hotel, you have to walk through a very dark uneven car park, not good when you are booked in for dinner and it’s pouring down. Overpriced for the condition of the room

Friendly staff comfy beds BUT a cpl of issues that'll need addressing. Curtains that haven't been cleaned probably from originally hung, carpet by bathroom has large hole in it with frayed edges and shower head that's loose in wall. The hotel feels tired but potential is there..........

Once again, we were disappointed that our request to be seated near the front was ignored. We were also disappointed that the staff allowed a raucous group of women on an outing for a party were allowed to create so much noise that it was difficult to hear the entertainment. A £3 supplement for 3 small pieces of cheese, 5 crackers, half a dozen grapes, and a stick of celery was unreasonable. The tables are packed too close together, making it seem like a table for 2 was a table for 6!!! The food was actually really nice, and the table service was excellent.

Sure it’s not modern and flashy but it was clean the rooms are a good size staff were all helpful and friendly large free car park the jewel in the crown was the bar restaurant the food was excellent for the price free live music was a bonus (it was a bit loud.. but that’s just me) breakfast the next morning was hot and plentiful .. well done Concorde people we really enjoyed our stay here

Went to this hotel for the cruise and park deal.we paid £295 for dinner bed and breakfast,14 nights car parking and taxi to and from the port.the food at dinner was average and not very warm,breakfast was excellent and so was the service. The taxi too the port was good, on time and friendly but the taxi back to the hotel after our cruise was late we had to wait over 40 minutes and the driver was really rude and abrupt.

Stayed two nights in the executive room. Bed was huge and so comfy! Tea and coffee and biscuits provided and refilled the following morning. Discovered Aircon didn't work but it wasn't massively hot so just had the window open. We were overlooking the back garden/marque and there were events on both evenings which we could hear from our room but all finished by about 10 ish so didn't bother us. Shower was good and whilst I would prefer a shower head that is not fixed to the wall I was able to shower with no issues. Breakfast was amazing although there was a large dog in there both mornings (believe he was something to do with the hotel as the dog and the owner went through an internal door). For me I wasn't keen of this large dog walking between the tables but others adored him so I only mention it so this review is fair and accurate. Staff all friendly, check in and check out was easy. Would stay again if I ever needed to be in Eastleigh.
