Stayed following a day at Wyboston Spa, great location and lovely staff ut room was ridiculously hot, especially considering cooler temperatures at the moment. No cold water available, taps run hot no matter how long run for and iced water jugs provided at reception were empty, with night staff not having access to refil them.

Cold water didn't work in the basin. Not just my room either. My colleagues who stayed in the same hotel mentioned that the hot/cold water issue in the bathroom basin was the same. Suspect that a poor quality basin mixer has been used, which allows hot water to creep into the cold inlet. Water flow in the basin was also very, very poor. Some evidence or corrosion on fittings. Apparently the room heating had been disabled, with the batteries removed from the Thermostat/Controller. However, they were still fitted but the battery cover had been removed. No ironing board or iron. Breakfast was okay, apart from the sausages, which were very poor quality. Full of fillers and floor sweepings.

Stayed here for a night last week. Plenty of free parking and friendly receptionist. The room was clean and tidy but the main issue was the WiFi and phone signal. Absolutely no reception so had to keep walking out to the car park to make phone calls. Very poor in this day and she.

We love this hotel and it's staff, we have been several time and will return. It has a couple of supermarket across the road which is very handy if you forget anything. The rooms are clean and the pub next door is also very friendly. We used it to go to Ely which we love the river side and the town center.

Booked this hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby. Great check in friendly staff. Only downside was no air con in the room but we were made aware of this before arrival. There were 2 fans in the room which helped slightly

The chap on the front desk was friendly and helpful. No air conditioning so room was very hot making it difficult to sleep. Only one bath towel and one hand towel provided in a room for 2 people. The shower was very poor, low pressure, barely worth showering! I’ve stayed in lots of various Premier Inns and this is the worst I’ve stayed at.

Calm and easy Hotel with a great team also in the restaurant pub. We were looking for something safe, clean and good priced. The beds were 👍.

Room and hotel clean. Staff polite and helpful. Great breakfast for all of our party! Kids happy and beds comfy.

This premier inn was almost like all the other I have stayed at, although a higher price they have taken all the air conditioning out of the rooms. They did however supply a small desktop fan.

When we arrived our room was immaculate but there was a smell of what seemed like cigarette smoke from the bathroom. We spoke to the staff and Ricky the maintenance man deep cleaned the bathroom while we went out for the day. When we returned it was resolved and he left us a box of chocolates as a treat. He went above and beyond and was very kind. The hotel was in a great location, right by fast food eateries and hotel chocolate cafe :) Had two great nights sleep, comfy beds and a great cooked breakfast. Thankyou also to the friendly receptionists.

when we arrived the hotel was immaculate and clean but there was a smell of cigarette smoke from the bathroom. we spoke to the reception and Ricky the maintenance man went above and beyond and deep cleaned the bathroom while we went out for the fay. When we got back there was a complimentary box of chocolates and a little postcard to apologise for the problem. RICKY was thorough and very helpful. the staff on reception friendly and helpful and pointed out where a fab walk was by the River Ouse in Bedford. The cooked breakfast was great and the beds and two nights sleep comfortable and peaceful.

We don’t often stay at this sort of hotel and did not expect much. However it was a pleasant surprise in that whilst basic it was clean and comfortable- good beds. Even breakfast was very good made even better by Jura the waitress who looks 40 but is 60 and brightens everyone’s day. David & Trish Bath
