This hotel showed up when I filtered for a pool. The hotel did not have a pool or hot tub. This was priced like a high end hotel but was anything but. I ended up with hives everywhere my dress wasn’t while sitting on the couch. The front desk was willing to cancel the night and let us check out but the trip app is still refusing the refund of the second night. There was no apology for couches being wool, as I am allergic. I spent 3 hours trying to resolve this, so I could get back to my romantic weekend in my home town, only booked for the pool and hot tub.

Yet another place run by migrants and a bunch of them,always loud living there,many don't speak English and the staff that do are hard to understand stand.My key card didn't work and had to be replaced every single dsy,3, and the amenities that worked,many didn't at all,whined and were noisy af.
