員工非常友好，房間舒服，酒店跟網上圖片有些出入，離市區有點遠，不開車有點不方便。很喜歡Chester。

Great restaurant, good food and a nice little bar with football on the TV a great stop over for travels

Incredible from start to finish. Slight mix up on the booking system but sorted within minutes. Couldn't have been better looked after! Excellent value, staff that go the extra mile made our 1 night stay so enjoyable the children didn't want to go home!

Comfy bed and great shower - all that we need after a full day of getting drenched in The Great British Rain. Breakfast was superb and filled us up for the day. We only stayed one night but we really liked it.

Requested for a baby cot didn’t get one, Requested for a duvet got a mattress cover instead other than that everything was good

Check in counter staffs and restaurant staffs during morning buffet are extremely unfriendly.

Gym is great, swimming pool is very shallow, so safe for everyone. Saunas in each changing room which was cool. Room was good size and clean and receptionists were very helpful. Breakfast was included in mine which I didn't realise and it was great, lots of choice.

overall is good, is clean and the swimming pool is okay but the room temperature is a little bit hot, the air-conditioning is not working

Lovely room. Wish there were easier transport links or a shuttle from the station
