While we had expected the use of a washer and dryer [based on TA reviews], evidently this was only for the serviced apartments, not the motel rooms where we were. Be careful to set your expectations appropriately. We were put in the handicapped unit. The bed was good and there was lots of seating and a table. There were no designated places for suitcases. The room lighting was inadequate for reading. The bathroom was the real issue. The sink was SO SMALL that you could not fill the kettle or water bottles in it, but had to repeatedly use a glass. The shower was set up for a person in a wheelchair. While I think it is great to have this on offer, it wasn’t a good fit for us, even though we booked our room many months early. The shower ran the length of the room, but the shower curtain didn’t. Water ended up all over the bathroom floor even with us trying to be careful. A squeegee would have been helpful to clean all this water up. We ended up using the towels which really were not quite enough. The room was clean and quiet. The person at the reception desk was neither friendly or helpful.
