The reception lady was very nice and explained clearly. We had a broken key and the response was very quick and in good humor. The cabin was as dry as website and clean and comfortable We had a happy stay there.

Good location close to the town centre with Killer shark museum and Info Centre. Beautiful views around Eden and friendly receptionist.

The property is in a great location, with easy access to town, the beach, and everything around Eden. It's a very lovely holiday park to explore nature and listen to the birds singing while enjoying your coffee. The villa is quiet and beautiful, perfect for relaxing and getting away from all the stress at work 😁. However, our villa wasn't really clean; there was lots of dirt under the couch with some crumbs on the floor. My children also found dry food on the blanket and dirt on the bunk beds. We had to disinfect everything before using them. That's the only downside.

The lounge we stayed at is good value for money. Everything that is expected to get for this rate is available at the property: kitchen, tv, small balcony and lenty of sleeping space. It is great for the overnight stay, i wouldn't want to spend more than a couple of nights there though. There is no Netflix on the TV, and the WiFi details were not given to us, we have realised about it after 5pm when the office was already closed. I small inconvenience, but it would be simply fixed if the details were in the guest book

The property and grounds were neat and tidy. Only downfall was the mattresses in the cabin, especially the main bed was as hard as a rock and we couldn’t get any sleep. Not a good way to spend the night when you’re tired.

Lovely accommodation - great room sizes and air conditioner worked well on the cold winter night. A small couch would be a great addition to the cabin we stayed in. Many thanks for a lovely stay - your staff member was most welcoming and helpful.

It’s a great little park bellbirds and kangaroos beautiful stuff and the ladies behind the desk are fantastic very friendly and helpful cabin was great value
