Good stay. Unfortunately, rained when we visited but we still found plenty to do. Visited the whale watching museum and very good Information Centre. We also missed the whale or Bay trips which were not running when we visited. We tried to walk the Boardwalk but the signage across the channel was not clear. The motel was well positioned, clean and with all we required. The cleaning staff were helpful. We would stay again.

Hard to sleep as a water pump cuts in and out every 5 minutes or so. Woken at 7.45 when someone (maybe a cleaner) came bursting into the room while we were still in bed, unforgiveable!

We had the executive king studio fantastic views, very spacious exceptionally clean!! The experience from check in to check out 10/10

Easy and convenient. Close to town for food and any needs. Room was clean and comfortable. TV reception wasn't very good during the evening but seemed ok in the morning. and the outside light is very bright when you're trying to sleep.

When picking somewhere to stay you go by ratings and photos. Not sure how they scored an 8.8. The photos bore little resemblance to the room we got. They advertise an Executive King Suite … not sure what made it an executive suite. The bathrooms are so outdated, there is nothing an executive would need, no USB charging point, power points we finally found inside the bedside cabinet, no bedside lamp, no phone … and the base of the table needed a good clean. We also found a hoodie left behind by a previous guest in the cupboard … not a great look. Shower needs a good spray of mould cleaner but then given the bathrooms look like the original bathrooms from the 80s … back when pink was in fashion. Also the kitchenette is a sink and a microwave … I wouldn’t stay here again which is a shame as it looks great from the road and is handy to Eden shops.

This motel was very good, right in town overlooking the water. The rooms are very spacious but the bathrooms could do with a makeover. It was very clean.

Pleasant stay in a nice town. Easy walk to the shops and pub. Good central location.
