Warning - using the free wifi, you might be charged for enhanced Wi-Fi. Unbeknownst to me one of my young children must have clicked a button for it. I saw a credit card charge a week later, I called to see what the “incidental” was since I had to plunge my own toilet (slow flow toilet could not handle much to) on the trip and wait an hour for a plunger I didn’t expect any issues. I left the room perfectly fine. Watch out they will not take the charge off. I have opened a dispute. Not a huge charge but it’s ridiculous that it’s that easy to purchase something like that. There is NO NEED for enhanced Wi-Fi when you have their free Wi-Fi. I did not notice any difference. When I called they would not credit or fix they said it was too late. Horrible customer service on their part. Also if you try and ask what’s holding up the plunger from arriving to your room taking an hour you will be told it’s not been an hour! No sorry just almost an hour… sorry but 45-50 minutes waiting for a plunger and then having to do it myself is ridiculous. It’s not like I was waiting for a maintenance man. They need to work on apologizing for inconveniences instead of just yelling or telling you there’s nothing that can be done. Their hotel is an ok stay but I won’t stay again based on now 2 negative interactions with rude staff.

I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Annapolis and would definitely stay again. The staff was friendly and accommodating, I enjoyed the hot tub in the pool area, and the King suite was comfortable and spacious. The rates were fair for the area and I liked the lobby accommodations including free coffee and tea 24/7, a fireplace, and plenty of seating with places to charge my devices. I didn't get downstairs in time for breakfast so I can't speak to that.

When we walked in to check-in, the people were very nice and also the room was very clean. The bathroom was small, and the sink was outside the door of the toilet. The beds were comfortable and not squeaky. The room itself was clean and did not smell bad whatsoever. Would go stay here again!

This hotel is conveniently located to Annapolis. Staff treats you like family, everything was clean and well presented. And a great value.

Hotel is immaculate. Pool and Hot Tub area kept extremely clean. Room and beds comfortable and clean. Hotel front desk staff helpful and friendly. Had a great stay here. Highly recommend.

This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed at and I stay at a lot! The staff was super helpful and checked on me at breakfast daily. And breakfast was great too! Highly suggest staying here when in the Annapolis area for the price.

The room was clean and the staff members were professional and friendly. The room was very small and the beds that were advertised as queen beds are actually double beds. The sofa sleeper is a twin, not a double. Overall, our stay was good but the room was very small for four people.

A well kept secret. Newly renovated property with nice staff. Comfortable bedding and overall property.
