丹佛市中心羅德威酒店(Rodeway Inn Denver Downtown)

Que yo reserve en ese hotel y no me quede ahí y estoy pidiendo el reembolso del dinero y nadie me dice nada

Would not stay here again. It was a fine place to sleep but the room was in rough shape. there was a huge stain on chair. all the furniture was in rough shape. we booked a single king yet there was 2nd mattress thrown on the ground for some reason.

Old building is ok. Just very dirty rooms. Door didn’t lock. Tv didn’t work. Bedding and towels were clean but not the rest of the room. There was a box of cornbread mix and chicken bones(I guess chicken) in the tv consul. Pill on the floor and earring on the bathroom floor. Rooms need to be deep cleaned. Bad!!

Was not made aware that the property was home to migrant workers. The property and grounds were filthy. The room was shabby and the bathroom was dirty with hair and appeared to have not been cleaned. I was afraid there may be bed bugs. I felt very unsafe leaving my car in the parking lot. I felt unsafe staying there. Overall I was disgusted. The help were argumentative and did not offer, until I had made another reservation to another place, to put me somewhere else. By the condition of the property itself I was not satisfied with the assistance they were providing.

This motel is in horrible condition. The pool is a fenced off cesspool with a tarp over it. There are whole families sleeping in the lobby. There is little to no maintenance. The bathroom smelled like a sulfurous rotten septic tank. It is an unsafe area. My son and I , both full sized men, were afraid to open our drapes or unbolt the door. This place is a terrible choice. Not worth more than $40 a night. I sent messages to ********** requesting some intervention and they were useless. What a ripoff.

Booked this room months ago since I can walk to and from the arena and the train station. Was relocated to a different property close to neither therfore stranding me. Won't happen again

Conditions were so terrible I left after one night of a three night stay, and ******* declined a refund.

The front desk staff was too busy visiting to help guests. We got to our room and door was locked but not shutting completely. Made us feel very unsafe. The window was open a crack and was bent and we had to work to bend it back to get to shut. The open window allowed bees into the room so we spent time killing bees.
