特朗布里克酒店(Hotel Traumblick)

nette kamers, vriendelijk personeel en een goed ontbijt.

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Flußblick, die sehr schön war. Ein großer Balkon mit Sonnenschirm war vorhanden. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf Cochem. Es gibt eine extra Garage für die Fahrräder mit Lademöglichkeit für die E-Bikes. Das Frühstück, was sehr gut war, konnte man auf der Sonnenterrasse einnehmen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Haus gibt es einen Automaten mit gekühlten Getränken. In der Stadt ist man in 5 Gehminuten. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage in den Räumen, die sehr warm waren aufgrund der großen Fensterfronten. Unser Wunsch nach einem Ventilator wurde aber sofort erfüllt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Als ich das Fenster im Bad öffnete war ich doch sehr erschrocken, da ich direkt auf den Balkon des Nachbarzimmers schaute. Das ist für beide Seiten sehr unangenehm.

My son and I stayed at Hotel Traumblick for 3 nights in April. We had a "classic Mosel view" room, which is the smallest size on the top floor with slanted ceiling. Although the room is small, every inch is well-utilized. Bathroom is compact but not unusual for European hotels. We had no issue with water pressure on the top floor. The room has a mini fridge and water kettle. We have a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs, which we enjoyed sitting out on. I definitely recommend paying extra for the Mosel view, and recommend the larger-sized room (comfortable room) if you want more space. Location-wise, the hotel is located on the quieter side of Cochem just across the bridge. Many hotels are on the busy side right on the main street, and I can imagine they get noisy. Hotel Traumblick is fairly quiet, but you can get to the heart of the town within a 5-min walk across the bridge. From the train station, it is a good 15-min walk, so maybe not the best choice for travelers with heavy luggage. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel but the bus (no.703) runs only 1x/hour. The plus side of being on the other side of the bridge is you get a great view of the town and the castle from the balcony! The staff is great and the breakfast is top-notched. Lots of choices and the breakfast room also looks out to the river. Breakfast starts at 8am however, so if you want an early start it might not work for you. Another huge plus is the hotel offering bikes & e-bikes rental! We haven't seen any bike rental places in the town itself so this is super convenient. They have different sizes of regular bikes along with helmets. If I have to quibble about Hotel Traumblick, I would say the bed sheets are a bit rough and towels a bit thin. But for a 3* hotel for such a good price, good location, and everything else, I can certainly overlook those.

A small old hotel placed opposite the town. We had ordered a large room with view to the river. The hotel seems to be clean and nothing to complain about. The bathroom is large, but I wonder why the shower is so small when the bathroom is so large. The water is not hot enough, and I’m not sure it would not pass test for required temperature out of water tap (50 degrees) The water pressure at fourth floor is really low, so do not use shower and sink at the same time.

We've stayed here before and really liked it. This time was the same. Staff is very friendly, location is very convenient for walking into Cochem proper. Breakfast was good and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The only issue this time was the parking. All the lots right by the hotel were full so I had to park up the road a ways and that made for loading and unloading rather difficult. But apart from that, it was enjoyable as always and will stay here again when in this area.

This was a fabulous hotel. We had a large room with a lovely view of the town, river and castle. The Breakfast was delicious. Fresh, healthy choices… breads, meats, fruit, yogurt. The staff were friendly. There was also Parking available very near to the hotel.

Wir hatten eine schönes Doppelzimmer im obersten Stock mit seitlichen Balkon. Dieser bot den Blick auf Mosel und Burg. Die Hotel liegt unweit der Moselbrücke über der man in 5 Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt ist. Das Zimmer ist gut eingerichtet. Das Bett war modern und man konnte gut darauf liegen. An Sauberkeit fehlte es nicht. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben war die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet, an dem es an nichts fehlte. Ein kostenloser Hotelparkplatz, ca. 50 m entfernt, konnte von uns genutzt werden. Die vom Hotel gemieteten Fahrräder waren gut in Schuss und ließen sich gut fahren. Insgesamt war es ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Zeer fijn 4-daags verblijf gehad met om te beginnen een zeer hartelijke verwelkoming door de eigenaar zelf. De auto konden we vlak voor de deur van het hotel parkeren. De kamer was uitgerust met een Kingsize bed met een heel goed matras, en waren zeer netjes, net zoals de rest van het hotel. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en afwisselend. Dit werd ook constant aangevuld, zodat er van alles genoeg was. Hier komen we zeker nog terug.
