硬件可以，但是有幾個吐槽點：第一，沒有電話，讓掃描二維碼下載溝通軟件，發現手機顯示中國地區用户下載不了，打電話到前台沒人接，然後親自走去前台，等了幾分鐘才有人。二，房間在樓梯旁，晚上有人走路的時候大聲説話，沒有隔音玻璃，影響睡眠。三，音響和一個陳舊的電話系統都是壞的。四，暖氣不足，室內不到17度，還有第二天住的時候洗澡也沒有熱水！五，水龍頭超級難擰，吃奶的力氣才能擰動，又很麻煩聯繫服務，所以忍了兩天！

特別完美的酒店。寬敞明亮的房間，柔軟舒適的床單被套，一應俱全的廚房，熱情友善的工作人員。要説缺點可能垃圾桶小了一點，但這明顯是雞蛋裡挑骨頭。總得來説這是我在英國住過的最好的酒店。我要向所有人推薦它，下次來愛丁堡一定會再次選擇這家酒店。房間裏有廚房真的是偉大的設計，我們足不出户就做出了美味的食物。儘管風暴天氣導致無法出行，但這個酒店給這次旅行大大加分。😻

第二次入住這邊，訂的壁床房，總體感覺不錯，而且交通還是非常便利的，推薦入住。

我們是家庭出遊，訂了奢華一卧室套房，有一個卧室帶衞生間的主卧，另外還有一個客衞，還有一個壁床適合孩子睡，廚房可以自己煮東西，鍋碗瓢盆一應具全，麪包機、微波爐都有，適合早餐自己煮，最重要的是有洗碗機，吃完不用洗碗，太方便啦！酒店地理位置也很好在皇家一英里上，離火車站非常近，去各個景點也很方便，這家酒店公寓強烈推薦。

酒店就在皇家一英里路上，聖吉爾斯大教堂對面，房間很大，有客廳、廚房，去愛丁堡城堡比較方便。入住後需要拎着行李到另外一棟樓，有點不方便。

這是歐洲之旅住得最舒服的酒店，尤其在英國這些消費比較貴的的國家，住公寓還是比酒店要方便，有廚房，廚房用具基本有。除了更多的調味料（鹽是有的），可以自己去超市買點東西簡單煮一下。愛丁堡的景點都很近，走路都可以去到。酒店離火車站、機場快線，很多景點都是走路10分鐘內

房間很大，有廚房，可以自己煮東西吃。 前台態度也很好，主動幫忙到樓下提行李。 餐廳的Barry（華人）很nice，除了提供很好的餐廳服務，還給了愛丁堡旅遊建議。 我們全家在愛丁堡和這個酒店留下了美好的回憶

酒店的位置絕佳，因為帶孩子被安排到頂樓的loft户型。因為臨街，其實依舊很吵。衞生條件一般，浴室的加熱毛巾架無法使用，大門的內鎖釦是壞的。入住兩晚衹有一天提供了兩瓶水和一小桶牛奶。其他無任何附加服務。整體來講性價比一般。唯一欣慰的是酒店可以步行到很多景點，離火車站近。

房間大，有廚房，窗外就是聖吉爾斯教堂，逛古城太方便了。早餐需要自己點，環境好。服務高效及時。有瓶裝水和牛奶🥛！

酒店位置優越，出門就是景點，離火車站非常近，步行幾分鐘就可到達，出門什麼都有很方便，房間非常大，我們入住的房型有兩個卧室，每個卧室都有衞生間和洗浴間，有單獨的客廳，落地窗很大，視野非常好，房間很新很乾凈，水輪頭安裝的高，用水方便衞生。辦入住的工作人員非常友善，知道我們英語不太好，辦好入住後還親自把我們送到了房間👍，房間確實不太好找，非常感謝他🙏。離店的那天，有兩位工作人員很熱情友好的幫我們搬送很重的行李送了很遠，一位很帥氣的小夥子和一位美麗的姑娘幫助了我們👍，很感激，非常的感謝你們🙏

房間很新，地點就在Royal Miles正中很方便，洗衣機乾衣機都很新，職員也友善，酒店各方面都遠遠超出預期，非常推薦。

愛丁堡車站出來走路就到，網紅打卡地，房間很大，旁邊超市買點食品自己做個早餐非常不錯，洗碗機洗衣機非常方便，親子旅行首選

跟孩子一起去旅遊，酒店就在愛丁堡市中心，非常美的房子，服務很好，室內佈置很温馨，房間內還帶烘乾的洗衣機很方便，出門到處都是美食，距離愛丁堡城堡步行衹有5-8分鐘，距離卡爾頓山步行也不過10分鐘左右，非常便利，總之這是一次非常愉快的旅行。

暑假帶孩子出遊，訂的帶沙發的房型，佈置很温馨，地理位置位於市中心，出行方便，早餐還行。這種公寓式的酒店感受很好，孩子也喜歡。

地理位置很優越，出來就是聖吉爾斯大教堂，導航會讓走高台階，建議拿着大行李的可以定位這個大教堂，就衹用爬坡不用走台階了。酒店內有烤箱、電磁爐，鍋具等，調料有煙和胡椒，但是沒有油。但是我的房間排風扇和衞生巾燈是一體的，排風扇聲音特別大，需要衞生間燈關一會才沒聲音，這點讓人困惑，而且屋內燈不是很亮。總體來説服務態度還是很好的。
