Super nice room.

We stayed in a 2 bed Castle view- Apt 8 for two nights in Feb and wish we had been able to stay longer. Stunning views of the castle. Modern décor & spotlessly clean throughout. Very spacious but so cosy too. Heating was warmed up super quick with a modern dial on the wall. Beautiful grand staircase leading up to the apartments. The bed was large & very comfy. Robe, slippers, hairdryer & a safe were in the wardrobes. Bottle of Prosecco awaited us in the fridge as we booked direct with the owners, lovely touch. Fantastic location for the Royal Mile and other attractions and all within walking distance. So many choices of restaurants, cafes & bars on the doorstep. Recommend ‘Vittoria’ Italian Restaurant next door. Didn’t hear any noise from any other apartments during our stay either. Definitely will return. Accommodation was beautifully presented & excellent communication from booking to leaving. Thank you to the hosts for making our trip so special.

We stayed for 2 nights in the Two-Bedroom Castle View. Cosy and very comfortable, with all the amenities. Coffee machine, washer, stove, etc. Living/dining area very spacious. The unit was at the top of the building with good view into the backyard garden. Location is great, a short stroll away from historic Edinburgh. Would highly recommend this place!

The service was poor as they did not tell us in advance and neither the website says that they have only one bathroom for a two bedroom apartment and there is no lift as their checkout is also early they charge you per hour for late checkout the cleanliness was also not good neither they co operated as the rooms do not have any cross ventilation so it is very hot inside

This is a lovely self-catering apartment. We were in Apartment No.1 (on the second floor) for 3 nights, and the location was excellent. About 10 minutes from the Princes Street tram station, and right off the Royal Mile, directly next to the Elephant House of Harry Potter fame. The kitchen was fully equipped, including an all-in-one washer/dryer. Since we had booked direct, there was a also a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us in the fridge. The bedroom was a little small but very comfortable. Shampoo and body wash is provided, but not hair conditioner, fyi -- though the shampoo was so great that ended up not being an issue! The late night street noise was a bit much, so best to bring earplugs. There is free luggage storage on the 3rd floor available the day you check in and out, which will be accessible with the keycode they send you prior to check-in. Do be aware there are plenty of stairs and no elevator, but that wasn't an issue for us. Management was very responsive to any questions. Also you can pay a little more for an early check-in, totally worth it if you have a flight that arrives in the morning.

This was the perfect place to base for 4 days in Edinburgh. It's just a couple of blocks to High Street and the Castle and a 10-minute walk to the train station. Or walk the other direction and you are in a quieter neighborhood around the university. It was great having a refrigerator and a kitchen, as well as a roomy sitting area. Much nicer than a cramped hotel room. I had a 1-bedroom castle view apartment on the second level (#6) with a great view of the castle from the dining table where I had my coffee in the mornings. The bedroom is on the opposite side, overlooking a fairly busy street, but high enough up that I wasn't disturbed by the noise. The other apartment on that floor (#4) has a bedroom that overlooks a side street, so it might be a bit quieter. But I liked the layout where I was. I will definitely choose this over a hotel next time I visit.

Likes: Great location, hot shower, comfortable beds, amazing castle view and quiet neighborhood. Just a street over from Victoria Street and literally next to the birthplace of Harry Potter. The Greyfriar’s Bobby is just down the street. Dislikes: We found dishes are dirty and there is no elevator in the building so be prepared to hike to the top.

The signage outside is very small and and not really obvious. The "hint" of entrance between "a" and "b" does work. Front entrance smells funky but apt was fine

Positively this is a newly and nicely renovated Apt. with the required equip. and it is centrally located. Negative: It is not a 5 min walk from the train station as claimed, but 20 min. of tough climb with your suitcases...Place was very hot when we arrived as windows were left shut and no AC available, there were no beddings for our kid - who was on the invitation, no bottle of proseco as promised, and no bottle of water in the fridge as you may expect. Terrible noise at night 1am till 5am) from late night bar goers. And no service st all - I left chat messages but no reply at all, neither on chat or by email...Bad place to stay until they clean up their act...
