愛丁堡輝盛套房酒店(Fraser Suites Edinburgh)

エディンバラの旧市街に位置するホテル。近くに観光地も多く、とてもアクセスが良い。 ホテル自体もとてもお洒落で清潔だった。 部屋も大きく、リラックスできた。 ホテルの従業員の方も大変丁寧に対応していただき助かった。 とにかくアクセスが良いので、夜の街歩きも簡単にできるためとてもおすすめ。

總的來說這是一家很棒的酒店，位置絕佳。工作人員很友好，房間乾淨、舒適，正是我想要的。 淋浴旋鈕有點令人困惑，但一旦我弄明白了，我就有了充足的熱水。

Room - apartment, it was spacious, quiet & very central to move about Internet: excellent & stable Free launderette Check in & out - fast & easy BUT note where which floor is assigned as 7th floor (where we were) requires you to carry your luggages on your own one level as lifts stop 6th floor BUT you can always get assistance Toilet - this disappointed us hence the mix rating, toilet heater didnt work, faucet knob was faulty (max was lukewarm water or boiling) & bath tub (not all rooms come with it) was slippery We had power failure one nite

Everything is walkable. Conveniently located on the Royal Mile it is a five minute walk from Edinburgh Castle and part of the beautiful architecture of Old Town Edinburgh.

Fraser Suites was the perfect location, just off the Royal Mile, easily walkable to the Edinburg Castle and other attractions. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Even though it was just off the main thoroughfare it was very quiet throughout the night. There was some early morning noise-garbage collection, but it went by quickly and can be expected in a large city. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Be careful using laundry facilities-it took ages to dry our clothes and they never truly dried all the way. Overall, great stay.

I was very disappointed in my stay this time at Fraser Suites in Edinburgh. I have stayed there previously a few times. This time I was put in a room in the basement - next to the laundry -- even though I had booked in early March. The hallways were surrounded with giant bags of laundry. I paid a premium to stay there in August and did not feel that the management was very helpful. My friend and I were told that we were put in the basement to accommodate other people to be together. It was very disappointing given how much I paid. Not only that but the night desk clerk was verbally abusive to us which caused anxiety as he was swearing at us because we had trouble with the door access, and we were uncomfortable. Not the best experience at Fraser Suites. I'm not sure I would stay there again even though the location is very good.

我們的房間靠近室外樓梯，人們在那裡閒逛，咒罵、打架、尖叫、唱歌、對著肺的頂部大喊大叫。我們住了 5 個晚上，每天晚上都會發生這種情況。我們沒有度過一個平靜的夜晚。最喜歡的字是 f 字。他們無能為力，因為這是通往火車的樓梯……這是一場惡夢。
