剛從與家人度過的美好周末假期回來，在愛丁堡的索爾茲伯裏綠色酒店（Salisbury Green Hotel）。奇妙的房間，非常舒適的床和所有您想要的設施。早餐真的很棒，有多種選擇，包括煮熟的和歐陸式的以及酸奶，穀物和新鮮水果。 結帳后，我們裝載了汽車，然後發現汽車無法啟動。一個美好的周末令人沮喪的結局。我們致電了RAC故障恢復服務，並告知他們可能需要2-3小時才能參加。我們回到了酒店，並向酒店接待人員說明了情況。我想特別提到一位工作人員。他的名字叫Mikolaj（來自波蘭），他竭盡全力為我們提供幫助。他說他的車上有一些跳繩，然後出來到停車場，試圖為我們跳車。他幫助將我們的汽車推到位，並試圖用他的跳繩起步。遺憾的是，儘管他付出了很多努力，但是一切仍未開始，最終RAC參加了會議並設法為汽車電池充電，以幫助我們前進。 您所有的接待人員都很棒，但是我們衹想特別向Mikolaj特別感謝，他展示了如此出色的客戶服務。他是如此友善和關懷。他是您酒店的絕對功勞！再次感謝Mikolaj！

酒店很好找,方便機場,乾淨,工作人員樂於助人。但是,牀就像一塊木板。設施很好,但是沒有一個好的睡眠,酒店讓自己失望了,這是恥辱。對於價格沒有抱怨,但是隻要再多花幾英鎊,我們就會樂意爲牀墊而不是長椅買單。

我們在辦理入住手續時受到酒店工作人員的熱烈歡迎，並在酒店酒吧收到了一張生日賀卡，上麪有免費蛋糕送給我10歲的兒子，這真是一個驚喜。酒店擁有所有必要的便利設施，地理位置優越，距市中心不遠，距Haymakret火車站3分鐘路程，如果您想乘火車去愛丁堡外一日游，這將非常方便。好的咖啡館和小酒吧，周圍的餐館。

酒店位置優越，就在火車站跟前，離皇家一英里和王子大街都非常近，購物逛街十分方便。酒店還十分貼心地給出了去往兩個地方的行走方向。卡爾頓山近在眼前，從窗口即可眺望山頂建築。早餐豐富，可選性強。

我選擇了這家酒店,因爲它的價格有點競爭性,而且靠近中心,我們決定帶一個帶窗戶的舒適的房間。帶窗戶的舒適房間是一種保守的說法。幸運的是,正如預期的那樣,我們在房間裏沒有花太長時間,因爲我們正在探索愛丁堡必須提供的東西,但是房間非常狹窄,令人不舒服。牀被推到牆上,有窗戶。如果你用牀,你不能打開窗戶,因爲它從牀的一半出來。我和我的夥伴發現牀墊很不舒服,我對枕頭特別抱怨,甚至有兩個,我的頭沉到牀墊上,提供了零支持。3晚上睡的相當差,非常期待進入我自己!除了牀沒有別的地方坐房間。沒有茶水或咖啡設施。你可以把行李放在牀底下,但是沒有地方可以儲存東西,所以你總是在袋子裏進出,這佔用了寶貴的房間空間。如果你不是靠近你的伴侶,你真的會呆在這裏。浴室很好,淋浴真的很好,但是浴室的習慣在客廳裏迴盪,幾乎沒有什麼隱私,第二天就變得有趣了,我們只是接受了它。我們開車去愛丁堡,所以我們把車停在離酒店15分鐘的地方,沒問題,30英鎊3天。酒店大概是15-20min步行就可以到主要景點,雖然不是很理想,但實際上並不是問題,我只知道我們可以更近一點,便宜一點。我們沒有嘗試早餐,所以不能對此做出判斷,因爲有很多咖啡館在通往市中心和市中心的地方。酒店本身裝飾得很好,很現代。我對清潔度沒有抱怨,真的很好!工作人員也非常細心和樂於助人,我們要求額外的兩個枕頭,並在那裏提供,然後沒有問題。簽入/簽出真的很快,而且非常直接。由於牀不舒服,房間超擁擠,物有所值,所以不會回來。不過在愛丁堡還是玩得很開心!

A few months back I booked a one night stay in the Edinburgh House Hotel for myself and partner.  We both agreed from the reviews it was a basic hotel but from the pictures on the website we felt confident it would be clean and would be perfect to just use as a base for our city break. We arrived yesterday to a hotel that was VERY different to the hotel you are advertising on your site.  Firstly the signage was falling apart and the windows were ditched in dust and dirt, first impressions worried us. Upon entering the building we were greeted to what can only be described as a dirty, uncared for, unwelcoming foyer. We were taken into a dining room/reception which again was dusty and not looked after, your website shows this room to have a bar, well there isn't one. Intact there is a coke fridge with a few cans of Iron Brew!  My partner checked us in and nervously we went up to our room. We were on the top floor, the stairs were dirty and needed a good vacuum, in some places the carpet needed securing to the floor as it was a trip hazard. We got to our room and before going in we were shocked, wallpaper had been pulled off the wall and the corridor was in an atrocious state. The bedroom was not any better, the carpet was filthy, the furniture was broken or flimsy, the ensuite mouldy and not clean.  Not only was the hotel filthy and very run down I believe it is unsafe and not in line with the current fire regulations. The fire alarms had bags over them, there was no fire escape signage, including fire safety and escape/assembly point signage in the rooms, the window in the room was nailed shut. I dont believe the doors were fire safety doors either. We both agreed that this wasn't basic it was filthy, uncared for dirty, unsafe hotel and there was no way we could stay there. We discussed it with the manager who was happy to give us another room however we weren’t confident it would be any better. The hotel throughout was unkempt. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. The pictures on the website where we booked it are nothing like what we saw!

我們在這裏住了2晚,今天回家了。首先,所有的員工都非常可愛!我們很高興,說他們友好的狗真的讓我們的住宿更好。臥室很寬敞,牀很大,很舒服,淋浴很棒!清潔度是1000/1000,我們一定會回來的!!我們沒有早餐,但是價格便宜&我真的推薦住在這裏。我的狗喜歡它,我確實告訴工作人員不要整理我的房間,當我們回來時,他們(我覺得很糟糕,因爲它是一團糟&我們的狗在他的泰迪玩具裏到處塞東西),但是謝謝你打掃它。乾淨的毛巾,我唯一要說的就是請添加適當的洗漱用品,例如洗髮水和護髮素,因爲我的頭髮不喜歡洗髮水。總而言之,它位於市中心,窗戶打開,房間裏有一個巨大的風扇!!電視工作,WiFi工作&它隔壁是特易購快遞,聖斯伯裏酒吧!

Solo visit as visiting the city, Edinburgh always been on my ”bucket” list and this hotel is just a gem! Not a 5 star building but most definitely a 5 star experience. I was met by Anthony who checked me in promptly and efficiently, he was very informative and helped me with a few tourist things. My room was perfectly fine, a little dated but nothing drastic. Breakfast perfectly cooked and everything you could have wanted, loved the porridge. I will be back again!

酒店離蘇格蘭博物館很近，主要景點步行都可到。交通便利步行10分鐘內到火車站，旁邊也有超市和紀念品商店。房間乾淨，也很安靜。早餐豐盛。
