Parking très serré etc

Such a lovely family run hotel, spotlessly clean and we were made to feel so welcome. This is my third stay there now. The customer service is wonderful, Apo carries our cases to the room, calls for a takeaway for us, always has a smile and greeting Hazal on reception is so helpful, kind and informative, it seems nothing is too much trouble to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Parking is opposite and plenty of spaces. Breakfast is always a buffet , nice and fresh with a few hot items , cheeses, salads, jams, olives, toast, fruit etc. Tea and coffee are unlimited as well as orange juice. A great start to the day. I'm looking forward to my next visit, thank you all at ottoman palace

We were made to feel very welcome by all the family and staff. Location is perfect, 2/3 mins from main pedestrian shopping street and in the middle of several sights of interest. Night time was quiet. Parking was directly opposite hotel, easy access and plenty of space. My shower was broken I couldn't hang it on the wall, I asked for extra pillows and sugar free coffee sachets. My requests were all met by the time we got back from shopping, customer service with a smile was beyond excellent. Hazil was very helpful providing a city map and explaining where we could go as well as advising us and calling her recommended restaurants for us. I will definitely stay here again with out a doubt, it was perfect for our needs. Rooms were spacious and each had a small balcony. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and plenty of choice

Really nice to stay here. You can also have nice breakfast in the morning.. I was trying to find a good hotel but hopefully i found Ottoman Hotel. Its also in city center. If you are coming from EU you should use that nice hotel. You are gonna highly satisfied..

WALGELIJK!! Er waren vlekken op de laken en deken dus hebben we dat vermeld bij de receptie. Even later is de hotel-eigenaar en haar dochter gekomen om te komen kijken. De vrouw vond het vreemd en wou enkel de laken veranderen terwijl mijn mama duidelijk heeft gemaakt dat de deken ook vies was. De vrouw deed hier heel moeilijk over.. Uiteindelijk heeft ze dat toch gedaan met super veel commentaar erbij. Alsof zij de klant is. Zo een gesprek ging tussen mijn moeder en de hotel eigenaar Mama: de lakens zijn zo vies, ik heb zo iets nog nooit meegemaakt. De eigenaar: heeft u dit echt nog nooit meegemaakt? Dat kan niet. ???? Is toch niet normaal wat die vrouw zegt. De badkamer was ook vies. Ik wil niet eens beginnen over het interieur.
