Hotel staff is friendly, helpful. Location is ok.

Inclusive of pool and gym. Rooms are clean and a good size. Relatively quiet at night despite balcony being in the freeway side.

There was a mix up with my booking. Bed was uncomfortable.

Place was dirty, stairwell smelled like feces all three nights I was there. Bathroom drain stop didn’t work, had to stuff a pen inside to prop it open. Hotel had multiple other guest that were very loud and noisy, hotel staff never asked them to keep it down; was woken up two different nights at 4am from noise. There were multiple occasions where people were just hanging out in the stairs between floors , like it was some ghetto apartment complex.

Our stay was not like before. There were a few ants in the bathroom and on ceiling for one. Secondly, someone trying entering our room at 9am without knocking and we had a do not disturb sign out. And lastly, it was so loud being at the back of the hotel, our window seemed jammed and would not open or fully close.

Garrett the Manager, the bar & food services was the only thing I liked at this facility. I came across the Country to relax, after being stressed as a small business owner and being up for 24 hrs to show up not only is my room not available but they didn't have any rooms for me. I fell asleep in the lobby for 6 hrs before getting a room then once i got my room it was dirty, smelled horrible next room didn't get until 4 more hours later to air not working, patio door not securing safely, i was served expired fruit which i have pictures for all of this.

Rooms smelled of terrible perfumed smell, like they are covering up other odors. I asked to change rooms but same thing. Had to sleep with balcony door open which unfortunately overlooks the Highway and was noisy. Decor is dated, lighting is terrible, hallways smell like smoke.

I will never stay here again. I'm mostly bothered by the price to quality ratio. The room is so small I can barely walk, when I got here there was hair on the pillow, the toiletries, in the tub, on the wall. The towels were either dirty or stained. The pool is so chlorinated my kids skin is dry and itchy and their hair feels dead even after washing multiple times and conditioning. The staff is nothing to write home about. The food they offer is overpriced and sub par. The table we sat at in "the bistro" looked like it hadn't been cleaned for several parties. There was also a hair in my food. They advertise things they don't actually have. The microwave is broken and burned the bag of popcorn I was over charged for.
