Staybridge Suites 西埃德蒙頓(Staybridge Suites West Edmonton)

I had an outstanding stay at Staybridge Suites! The complimentary breakfast was delightful, and the unexpected upgrade from a studio to a 1-bed suite added a luxurious touch to my experience. The hotel's prime location near major amenities was incredibly convenient. The Manager's reception was a highlight, and the entire staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and helpfulness. Without a doubt, I'll be returning for another fantastic stay.

Overall very nice property. Some furniture showed wear, but the room was very clean. Room was well stocked and breakfast options were great, although there is limited seating and it only opens at 7:30am. Very nice stay.

It was sub-par. The service was great, everyone was friendly. I didn’t know cats were allowed to stay there - we have severe cat allergies so that started us off poorly. The kitchen area was good and our bed was comfortable, but the couch bed was small, old, smelly, and uncomfortable. The washroom constantly smelled of sewer.

After checking in a came to my room to discover that the door was wedged open and the air conditioner was blowing. I checked the room to make sure no one was in there. It also took a couple hours to warm the room back up.

Generally speaking I liked the suite, it was spacious and comfortable. I would’ve enjoyed it more if there had been a bathtub instead of a standup shower. I think a couple of complimentary bottles of water should be included and a restaurant and lounge/bar onsite would be awesome

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Breakfast was great; the room was large with a good kitchen; And the bed was super. You really need a vehicle to be in this area. Not walkable for the most part. (Try the fabulous Pho Vietnamese restaurant across from the hotel).

Nice rooms but noise from above from people moving in at 2am and banging around. The free breakfast included with the room is not monitored and I know for sure that a group of four was let in the back door that were not staying there and ate for free.

Staf was very persistent to wake me up over a faulty smoke alarm sensor (apparently). Phone calls and door knocks at 1 am. Common sense does not prevail at this hotel. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of money for the night.
