Good location and good price. The stuff were nice. The build need to be renovated, since there was leakage from the roof and took a hour to change to another room.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very good. The rooms were standard and exactly as advertised. The breakfast was hot and there were a lot of options. The pool however left a lot to be desired. The liner of the main pool was wrinkled and spongy. The whirlpool water level was very low. Both were over chlorinated and bleached out a bathing suit. The 2 of 3 working elevators were slow and shook a lot as they reached your floor. There was construction when we first arrived which did stop at 6 p.m., it would have been nice to know this before booking. Overall it was a good stay with easy access to the South Common shopping area.

It was very close to all the stores we needed to go to. The continental breakfast was cold and not very tasty. It looked like they were doing some renovations….look forward to seeing the end results!

The property is undergoing ample renovations. The room we were given had not been updated yet. We immediately had toilet troubles, guest services was helpful and offered another room. Before moving our belongings we checked it out, to find that the same problem existed in the other room. It appears it could be a water pressure or old fixtures issue. We also found our coffee maker to not be working. Guest services kindly replaced our appliance while we stepped out to dinner. The morning breakfast service was ok. The gym was nice, multiple pieces of equipment were available; however the lighting is on a motion sensor and if your in the free weights area, the light shuts off every 10 minutes and its DARK. We also utilized the pool and hot tub amenities during our stay. The pool was comfortably warm, we felt we could stay in for hours! The liner is lifting and it appears to be stained with age, but we enjoyed it to ourselves and found it to be moderately clean and enjoyable for our little family. Overall, I would say this was our second chance in the hotel, and we likely wont stay here again, but if youre looking for a reasonably priced place to rest your head, this could be the place for you.

Very friendly staff. Clean with nice size rooms. The hotel is a little tricky to get into but once is all you need to figure it out. Nice quiet spot

When I go to hotels, I go for the hot tub. This one was not full and it was ice cold. I tried it in the evening and in the morning. Very disappointed. Wish I would have stayed somewhere else.
