First, I would like to commend their front desk staff — they were incredibly warm and welcoming during check-in, which made for a great first impression. However, there were a few issues in the room that I believe should be brought to their attention:    •   Upon entering the bathroom, I noticed hairs in the bathtub.    •   The bathtub itself seemed quite old and difficult to use — water would flow out easily during use, making it hard to enjoy a proper bath.    •   The comforter on the bed did not smell like fresh linen, which affected the overall sense of cleanliness and comfort in the room. While I appreciated the hospitality of your staff, I believe that addressing these room-related concerns will greatly enhance the experience for future guests.

This is my go to hotel whenever I visit Edmonton. Staff is wonderful. Rooms are cozy. 10/10 thank you Westin Edmonton.

Great central location with friendly staff. Room upgraded for free due to Marriott membership. Beds are very comfortable. TV has chromecast (took some time setting up). Shower water pressure a tad on the low side w/ water saving shower head. Parked at surface parking right beside the building ($35/night, underground parking available as well).

Definitely this Westin has a long way to go to get 5 star reviews. Hotel is dated. Parking in the hotel parkade cramped and borderline atrocious (at times couldn’t find a spot). Cleaners missed the room 2/3 days. Shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty and unchecked. In a room of with double occupancy only one bottle of water was left. Heating system dated and noisy. I could go on and on.

The staff was fine. The room was okay. The parking was horrible and I can't believed that the Westin charged an EXTRA 39.90 PER NIGHT to park. I was not informed of this EXTRA charge until I checked in. Even then, I thought it was for both nights, not EACH night! I cannot believe I paid 542.62 for TWO nights at an, at best. 3 star hotel. NOTHING at this hotel impressed me enough to ever want to stay there again. Overpriced and inflated reviews. Very disappointing.
