桑德曼經典埃德蒙頓南酒店(Sandman Signature Edmonton South Hotel)

Very nice hotel, we had a suite room even with in room washer and dryer. Comfy and nice. The hot tub was not working but they said they had a part on order. The reception staff very helpful and kind. The cleaning was sporadic and the menu system for room cleaning was confusing . Over all a very nice place to say just 20 mins from the airport

Very mint hotel. Sandman is a pretty good and reliable hotel brand especially this is a signature one. The room is clean and neat. We got an room upgrade to a jacuzzi suite and we stayed there for almost a week. We would highly recommend the tub in the room for two major reasons, one is it is fun for kids or couples, two is it would help with the dry air for those who are not used to it as Edmonton is pretty dry. For those who don't have the access to the room upgrade, you won't regret to pay the extra money to get this suite. The swimming pool is also an asset to the property as the water in the pool is warmer than regular pools which is easier to get in especially in winter time. Besides the pool there is also a jet tub which is bigger and deeper than I expected. It is located besides the section of the highway which is very easy to access to the roads to any destination. I am always concerning about the cleaning job of any hotel but this one really satisfied me as everytime we went out and got back, we always saw employees doing their job and they did it really well. Some employees from other hotels might do their job carelessly but not this one. It has two built-in restaurants and even if you dont like them both, you have tons of other options within a few kilometers. Highly recommend.

This property is nice. First room when i checked in had an issue and it was immediately changed as soon as the agent knew about it. I didn’t like the room we stayed in as it had a pair of underwear left from previous person. When i informed the clerk at desk during checkout, He was genuinely surprised but didn't offer anything to make sure I come back again.

Room was extremely worn, had an unpleasant odor and wasnt very clean. What we got was not at all similar to the pictures posted on the website. TV’s are tiny and don’t have smart capabilities. We were told after check in that we would have been given a nicer room if the booking wasn’t through a booking company. Is that good customer service? I wouldn’t stay here again.

Property was fantastic and elegant. Love the complimentary upgrade given to me by Scott that’s awesome! 2 things 1. The close up round mirror in the bathroom is rusted. I want to use but it’s gross to to touch. 2. When we asked for wine glasses, front desk staff told us we need to go down to Chops or Denny’s restaurant and grab it ourselves because housekeeping doesn’t have them. Too sad to get this kind of recommendation from the front desk. I stayed in most of the Sandman properties and never got this response from the staff. I will say so far my top one Sandman property is at Sherwood park Alberta.

It’s an ok hotel. It’s newer so that’s nice but it’s quite dirty. The couches in the lobby or very gross. The pool is insanely small like one family can fit comfortably Ive never seen such a small pool. And the pool deck was not clean. It was an ok stay though for one night I wouldn’t stay again though.

This was a great hotel, with a Denny s attached to it. As a VIP you would get a 10$ voucher. It is close by to a few shops and restaurants. Overall, would recommend this hotel. Staff was really nice.

I have no issues with a pet-friendly hotel - or dogs but I must have been placed with all that were registered as the dogs barked a lot from 4pm - 6pm (assuming while owners were out) and again in the early hours of the morning - or anytime they heard people in the hall.
