Great staff and location! As always we enjoy our stay at this hotel. They are always accommodating and friendly.

Easy check in and check out. Food was good. The area is so accessible.

they offered a free breakfast after first putting me in a room with a TV that didn't work, tried to convince me to stay in it, then put me in a room that had not been fully cleaned which i didn't notice until after sleeping in it i then crawled into nthe shower then next morning to pick up an already used bottle of hotel soap, which was when i knew room had not been cleaned. As the manager tried to convince me the room was clean he offered me a free breakfast..thnx for coming out..what? off a dirty plate.. never again

Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the room. Clean and spacious. Cutlery,plates and cups in room which is nice. Problem was they also identify as a nightclub. A birthday party was happening downstairs and we were on the 3rd floor and the bass was being felt in the floors. Phoned front desk to ask if it could be turned down at 11pm. She said she would take care of it but nothing changed. Hope Julie had a great 18th keeping everyone up to the wee hours of the night.

We booked this hotel because it said it was pet friendly. After 10 hours on the road we were looking forward to a good night sleep. When we arrived the person at the front desk told us they didn’t allow cats. We told her that we booked the hotel because it said it was pet friendly. She told us no just dogs were allowed. After arguing for 5 minutes we asked her to call the manager and the manager agreed to the cat. Not how we wanted to end our night. Maybe it should read “dogs only”

Our first night was in 235, the room was nice but the bathroom was not clean to my standards. There were some sort of splatter prints on the walls around the sink and the toilet didn’t flush very well. We called the front desk and the staff were super nice and moved us to room 240. The room was a bit cleaner, the bathroom was really clean, thankfully. But in the morning when the gleam of light pushed through the curtain, you can see a heavy layer of dust on the wall about 2 feet above the bed and the hand prints on the wall. Also the light hits the wall to show all the shimmering dried liquid on the wall. I went to Edmonton for surgery, was hoping with the second move we would be moved to the opposite side of the hotel away from the noisey yellow head but no luck.

Terrible experience, was not told that room was above the event stage, extremely loud and felt the ground shaking. Fully booked hotel, could not change rooms, would not let me check out without paying half rate. Said the event would be done at 1AM. Offered me cheap breakfast to stay. Stay away, management will not help out if there are any issues.

I dig its location, close to what I need. I normally stay at the 1 on Kingsway, but this place seems to suite me more. Good price for the room, all around good experience
