I complain to the front desk that our room is shaking, literally like an earthquake and they said “its just the laundry stuff” no apologies, no action taken POOR SERVICE. They didnt offer to change room even if the concern is distrubing

Room was clean and front desk staff was friendly. But this place is very outdated and the beds uncomfortable. The heater made a horrible thunking sound when it came on waking everyone up throughout the night. Price was to high for the experience and comfort.

The guy at the front desk was rude. He even messed up on my stay and charged me two times. After our little talk he gives me a key then comes and moves us rooms …we then got a room that felt like it was blasting nothing but hot air the whole 2 night stay room temp stayed at 30 it was colder in the hallways & yes I turned it off and it was still going ..then opening the window just to realize there’s a big metal box out there (probably the AC for the building) so no air comes in at all.. we all just had to suffer every night not to mention I had babies in the room 11m 2&4 - they were sweating so bad I had to keep the door open to get some cold air in when I complained there was nothing they could do… we drove 12 hrs and this stay was nothing but crap. I don’t even want to talk about the pool it was disgusting. If you book this hotel just don’t .. stay in the Hyatt hotel right behind them …

Very nice stay. Front desk helpful and polite. Beds are too hard for me and my husband. We bring a foam mattress topper with us when we stay here. Kitchen counter and desk tops were filthy.

Comfortable stay, friendly service and affordable price. Breakfast was great Dislike: no room servive within my stay, hotel a little dated but clean.

Very outdated rooms and hotel Breakfast very poor quality and options

Dirty room. Bath tub was so slippery my 6yo old slipped.

Bed was dirty and we had the worst night sleep we have even had.
