The gentleman who helped me with check-in was super friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was not clean, there was hair on the bathroom counter and in the bed, and the pillows smelled strongly of cologne. The bed was uncomfortable, the coffee maker didn’t work, and it took about 20 minutes for hot water in the shower. The hallway had litter and stains on the carpet. When I was asked about my stay at checkout, I kindly shared my experience, but the staff member didn’t have much to say in response. Don’t ask for feedback if you’re not prepared to take responsibility for it. I usually stay at the Metterra down the street and will return there in the future. I won’t be back to this property.
