Horrible experience. The floor in the room is uneven. Coffee stains are on the table top. Dirty and yellow towels. Shower gel is empty. Digital clock was put improperly without any socket closes by.
When I requested for more amenities , the manager scolded me for stealing shower gel and toilet papers. I requested to talk to the manager to change room in the second day morning, the manager thought I had already had my room changed which is not the case then he scolded me and labelled me as a theft who would like to have a free room. Management is totally not met up with standard.
What surprises me is that even Trip.com can’t help as the manager didn’t respond to Trip.com inquiry.
It is not a Ramada standard hotel. The Ramada should have to have this family owned B&B removed from its list. Totally a shame to have ruin the Ramada’s reputation. I will never recommend this hotel to you
